My family and I went to this location and I took my daughter to the rest room. A homeless man was taking a bath in the sink in the ladies room. The employees seem to know all about it. Thank God I went with her. The bathroom was filthy and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a week. No toilet paper or soap.

I have been coming to Burger King on Bell Rd for many years and every single time I come Ms. Lisa McKinley is there with the most pleasant attitude and best customer service! Burger King on Bell is lucky to have a genuinely compassionate employee because people like her are hard to find! Thank you for all you do Ms. Lisa!

I ORDERED A CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO VIA DRIVE THRU ON 4-24-25 AROUND 4:30 PM. THE SANDWICH LOOKED OLD AND MESSY! THE BUN WAS HARD! THE TOMATOES WERE SMALL AND THEY WERE NOT FRESH! THE LETTUCE WASNT FRESH EITHER! IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WONT BE BACK ANYTIME SOON!....IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!

Hey I know from working there itās super hard to tell sizes. But medium and large are different, but large and small are WAY different. I really wish your management didnāt let your laziness as employees ruin some oneās meal again. If you need help on sizes and basic education please reach out. I have worked fast food with special needs people. Needless to say they special needs employees were way better. They knew sizes and what was in and on an order. Actually those employees would be more than happy to train you. My Down syndrome employee look at what was made and said āIām not even that downs to eat that, how come they donāt know sizes.ā Shout out Bryan. But yea didnāt think it was that hard to read and fill a bagā¦.. oh actually Iāve worked and still work there so I know itās not that hard. Get better Hickory Hollow. Itās not rocket science, and itās kinda sad

Decent experience, but missed the accuracy bit. Fires instead of onion rings and a drink with ice rather than no ice.
