They are very nice and they’re a professional. They are lazy as people work here. You don’t wanna eat your national. I’m warning you don’t wanna eat here. That’s the last place you wanna eat it

Pricey...quality not upto mark...
I get that it is a truck stop and not getting restaurant quality food or service but wow. The guy in photo didn’t even put his phone down while ordering. Scoped up the darkest oldest hashbrowns and had attitude when asked for new one. Still didn’t put his phone down while remaking food. Wish could say this is first time but kinda the norm at this stop.

On September 12th at 7:30 pm I went to order something to take out and they kept me waiting for 20 minutes while they balanced the cash register but when they served me they told me with a bad attitude that they only had chicken. This made me feel like I couldn't eat what I wanted but that I had to accept only what they wanted to sell me, so I decided to go look for another place since I had already ordered from this place before but with this attitude I would never go back to this place.

Customer service failure claiming to be closed 7 mins before they’re actually supposed to be closed. You should be serving customers up to your closing time not decide to take orders just because you wanna go home early. Plus your part of a truck stop which means you should be open 24/7!

Ordered the Cheesy Melt sausage egg and cheese sandwich. They are supposed to come with 2 slices of cheese on each sandwich. There was one lady working, about 7:30 am 07/23/24, by herself. She did good with what she can, but when we asked for another slice of cheese for our sandwiches, she just kept shaking her head and gave an attitude. Ours only had one slice. It doesn't take much to just get the 2 slices of cheese. We weren't nasty or rude. The sandwich is called a cheesey melt for a reason. First she said it doesn't come with 2 but I clearly pointed out the picture. I feel for the fact she was by herself, but uncalled for with the attitude. I've worked a whole restaurant by myself in New Orleans. No one showed up for the night shift and the day shift left. I had no way of locking the doors and manager unreachable. I worked that restaurant for 5 hrs by myself. Never once did I give an attitude. I just explained the situation and to be patient. It went pretty good.

I approach an empty counter, and am told "be right there", "no rush" i reply, when someone does come to the counter -- I smile warmly at the cashier, and ask for a double whopper value meal, i am then interrupted mid sentence to be told "we don't have value meals" I then order the "number two", and am handed a receipt which says "double whopper vm"... I wonder what VM could possibly stand for? Anyone?
I laughed about that...I hope you did too.
