i came in at 6:35 am to order some breakfast and asked the lady behind the counter if they were open. she blankly stared at me then trudged over to the counter and just stared. so i proceeded to order, just for her to tell me they weren’t ready yet. the hours start at 6? also don’t leave the restaurant door open and get annoyed when people walk in.

Well let’s just say this particular Burger King and TA in general is the worst one out there went to get breakfast but they closed at 7 am because they don’t have a staff. Maybe if the manager worked instead of sit around and collected a paycheck maybe it would change.

The Cashier wasn’t very friendly at all. He didn’t what I wanted. His gaze so was distant & forlorn, like I wasn’t there. I asked if he was alright but he didn’t respond. I asked again and noticed a little almost imperceptible nod, so I asked again and his eyes turned upward slightly revealing the white under the iris together with the very slight nod. I asked if that was a yes and the expression repeated. So, I took it for a yes. I waited for him to ask me what I wanted, but it was clear the question wasn’t coming. I told him what I wanted and he rang it in without trouble and barely muttered, fourteen and the change which I really couldn’t hear. I wished him a good nite and he disappeared behind the counter somewhere without a response. This restaurant needs to wake-up and teach this young man to be cordial with customers or you won’t have any someday!

The floor in this place is disgusting. Black shoe marks everywhere, dirty, and sticky. Do they own a mop? It's not just one spot. It's the entire restaurant.
Well this is most likely falling on deaf ears looking at the rating this place has but on Sept 27 2023 at 07:22 this place was closed and I can't recall ever seeing a burger King that wasn't open for breakfast so I really can't give a solid review the workers at the TA said this happens alot if the management is the reason for this then they shouldn't even be allowed to fly the burger King flag I'm just sayin.

Food was fast food. Ran out of lettuce. No big deal. Every table was dirty. When I approached the clerk and said something about it. He accused me of being prejudiced. I sat and watched them talk and do NOTHING. Shame on the management. It would've taken literally 5 maybe 10 min to walk out and clean the tables. Pure laziness. Not even 1 star

At 0930 “opening” of restaurant… not one single clean table in the place, menu board shows limited lunch items available with the breakfast boards, was told they do not make any of those items before 1030, and that was after I bothered the man standing with his back to the register on his phone(not cleaning the tables) to not greet me or ask what I would like to order but turn around and just look at me….
