I never leave reviews, but this is for the Burger King on 8th ave south, Nashville tn. The 2 ladies, and 1 gentleman I interacted with at approximately 1:40pm through the drive through were exceptionally friendly and polite. I do not know their names, but it’s definitely a surprise to be welcomed with smiles and respectfulness in Nashville. I hope they see this, and it trickles down to give them recognition. They made my day. Thank you!!

The food is burger King quality, the staff was short and service was terribly slow. While sitting in the dining room, the homeless people were overwhelming. Then a young lady just walked in and fell asleep on a bench. Drive thru only

Shauntay was super sweet at the front counter. Omg! I felt like we were back in the 1990’s when people cared. She crushed it. Keep her around. Actually, can you send her to the Lebanon, TN location on the square? She’d turn that place around quick. Thank you! Will return to this location just for the quality of her service. Food was also fresh and what you’d expect as a customer. New remodel and the drink machine was cool too. Cheers! 🥂
This is the absolute worst place in the entirety of Nashville to get a burger or fast food. This Burger King has consistently been a let down. I can handle the extremely slow service thats not the issue. The issue is the constant lack of attention to the orders. Numerous times I have recieved the wrong order, not recieved something, or its completely wrong. This past time was the final straw. I've reached out to corporate multiple times and all they want to do is offer a $5 coupon when I spent about triple that. If I want inedible fries I'll just go to Kroger down the street and grab a pack from the freezer section. Won't be any difference.

The employees had a terrible attitude it took them 15 minutes to get someone to take our order and on top of that the young lady who was working behind the counter was really rude for no reason I understand it being late and a bad day but the attitude was unnecessary in every way. Anyway I hope your employees get a better attitude.
