If your parked at the travel center or even passing through don't pass up this burgerking for that sonic next door. Sonic would rather be scrolling TikTok than taking your order.... burger King was clean and the staff was ready to serve, Jay way especially and had a warm smile. I don't know why I even tried to go anywhere else. Thank you to the morning staff and to Jay for a great meal and friendly service, yall made my day. you are the molds management and cutomer service employees should be cast from.. ..

Went there today unfortunately. Several cars in drive thru, so they were busy enough to have fresh food. Somehow they still gave me old fries smh. The three employees should consider checking their life priorities before they mumble things to each other about customers. They’re all too grown to be slanging burgers and trying to make fun of others. Looking like they just woke up and rolled right in lol. No customer service skills

First time ordering through the burger king app for delivery. Items missing. The door dasher told me the store specifically told him there was no drink. I ordered and payed for the chocolate oreo shake and didn't receive it. Absolute fail by the store. Btw my sister is a manager of another burger king.

Pulled up with intentions of going in for lunch. While answering an email before going inside, 3 employees came out for a smoke break. They stood right in front of my vehicle smoking weed for 5 minutes before going back inside.

The African woman who answers on the horn is very rude, she yells at you angrily and insults you and she doesn't listen well and gives you the wrong order and if you try to tell her to give you the right order she gets angry and yells at you, she is very rude

I went there November the 11th around 4:00 p.m. had a mobile order and when I got there the doors were locked I noticed an employee leaned across the table playing on her phone which made no sense unless they just did not want people inside the restaurant. I had to go to the drive-through to get my order. I feel that if the person wasn't playing on their phone they could have unlocked the door and let me go to the counter to get my food

It’s 10:22A.M. Nov. 10th and the lobby doors are locked. I personally don’t care for the drive-thru. Service. Since Covid I like to see my food being prepared. 🚩

Worst burger king ever, it's 10:00 a.m., it's showing that it's open, I try to walk in to place an order, the lazy, useless staff tell me that you can't come in, we're closed. Really and people like these expect a pay increase, for what, so you can continue to be more lazy and useless?

Arrived at this location at 8:30am. The Lyft driver pulled into the parking lot and was immediately waved off by two employees standing outside smoking and told their dinning area was not open to customers. We were forced to go across the street to the McDonalds where at least they, even in these troubled times for their company, know how to treat customers properly.

I will never go here again. I went on Monday night and ordered 2 jr. whopper meals and you could tell that the sandwich had already been made up cause everything was soggy on the sandwich. I went on Tuesday and sled for it off the broiler.They warmed it up and you know how I know cause my son works at a Burger King and when I ask for it off the broiler I know exactly how it’s suppose to be. The young person at the window didn’t speak and almost forgot my drink cause he was doing to much laughing and playing. We are paying customers and you applied for the job so please just do it. I ended up throwing my food away
