Just ordered hash browns before a Dr's appointment . It is early in the morning so I expected hot food ! Wrong ! Completely cold hash browns and greasy on top of it ! There is not a ton of choices so I took them ,but I won't be back either !

If you want getto this is the place to eat I have never in my life had service like this it’s very poor service they came on the speaker and someone was telling the girl don’t take the order yet well she did anyways and I repeated my order 5 times get to the window have to repeat again one lady doing fries her hair touching the food lady in drive thru was very disrespectful and didn’t even give us our drinks but went to lay across front counter so she could talk to the guy she was talking to so sorry we disturbed y’all‘s conversation and you had to take our order, but I thought that’s why you worked there manger tell her tell them sorry about their wait the girl didn’t repeat her boss she slammed window and mugged us the whole time never again I will be calling health department to inspect

Store was dirty, service was slow, after finally receiving my order I go to drink fountain and ants crawling everywhere informed management and seemed like no big deal, crew worker stated she'll just get my drink from fountain behind counter and pest control company just comes in really doesn't do anything..smh

I ordered the brisket burger via the app. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, only then was I informed that brisket was out-of-stock. I was offered a substitution but elected not to purchase. Why was I able to pay for something not available? Customer support 'did' refund my payment and were quite responsive. Still, I'm 'gun shy' from using the app until some sort of real-time inventory feedback is implemented.

Dude ar Drive thru left his hearing aide at home and very slow 8/3/25 go here to get Mozzetta sticks fries told the woman at drive thru I wanted 8 pk she said cook said we are out how does a Restaurant run out of food unless manager isn't doing the job of ordering product
