Door plaquard says open at 7 am. 7:20 am now , I walk up to door and it's locked. Lady at counter motions for me to drive around to drive through. I needed to wait for next job and was gonna get breakfast and now I'm not. Terrible service BK. Your employees suck

Once upon a time Burger King used to have the best chocolate milkshakes ever but now, they are kinda yucky. They taste like perfume. I had a whopper Jr. It's a little burger nothing special to write home about. I ate and went to the restroom and had to get paper towels and clean the toilet seat. Won't go back to this one.

This is the most rudest establishment Iāve ever been to. When I get the the drive thru order station and all I hear is āwhat do you wantā thatās when I have an issues. I get to the window the boy doesnāt even speak to me but can snatch my debt card out of my hand. I donāt see this place having a future. If you want to continue having business then I suggest you do some investigation on who you hire and who is managing this place because itās not looking good.

The service there is not good. I normally never leave reviews but this one I felt like I needed to leave. I waited in line for 20 minutes and was the only car in line. All I ordered was a whopper and fries and when I got it, It was ice cold .I do not recommend. The lady on the headset taking my order sounded like she was on drugs. I told her my order three times. I stopped at this location On my way home from work. Thereās a better one in Bellevue another 10 minutes away. Iāve never had a problem there. Iād go there and skip this one. One of the two girls that were there sat on her phone texting and didnāt pay me any attention. They made it very clear that they were Unhappy that I ordered. I understand why there is nobody ever at this location every time Iāve drove by.

Very rude employee working drive thru. They wasn't busy at all. My son was trying to order our food at 7pm and was being repeatedly being told to hurry up by this guy.
Donāt go to this location if you are using mobile coupons. They will not honor them and lie saying itās been discontinued. Also the fries are always cold.
