Service was absolutely awful. I went in to buy an ice cream cone and placed my order on one of the machines at the counter. There were two attendants there, but only after I finished ordering and paying did one of them bother to tell me the restaurant had just closed and that they didn’t have anything left, especially not ice cream. That alone is absurd. How was I even allowed to place an order if the restaurant was already closed, and why didn’t anyone stop me before I paid?

I obviously asked for a refund, but they told me there was nothing they could do. After I insisted a bit, they offered me a bottle of water. Completely unacceptable. I’m most definitely never going back and I would love to know how to get my money back lmao.

Mexican kids were just playing around and laughing at customers like if you don't want your job someone else will take it, my burger was burned and awful! Never come back again

My food was prepared very quickly and it was hot. Great job on that. However I do think it's a shame that they only prepare the more expensive items on Burger Kings menu and not have the lower priced options like the other BK's. I know being in the mall is a factor but it also looks as a prime opportunity to take advantage of people. Other than that my visit was A++

Very poor customer service! I went to the Oprymills location this afternoon with my daughters and the food was terrible.

Katherine was the cashier and she had a terrible attitude towards us. I asked for them to replace my daughters sprite for a strawberry Fanta due to poor taste and quality and she refused to fill the cup
Up. A male manager had to intervene and take the cup from
Her to fill it : I told her I would take photos and videos and she didn't seem to
Care that she was offering poor customer service . The food was low quality and we had to fuss to get our drink filled. Poor customer service! Please retrain Katherine !
