This place ruined my appetite, they don’t understand English, the bread is old in which it felt like I was chewing rubber. Unfortunately I was leaving to catch a flight and couldn’t get a refund.

I ordered a double cheeseburger. My double cheeseburger had one cold burger, two slices of cold cheese and no pickles. Had a short connection so I couldn’t take the time to go back and have them correct it. How hard is it to get a double cheeseburger right?

Employees have attitudes and act like you’re inconveniencing them for asking them to fix their mistakes and then proceed to still not get it right. Food is unseasoned and tasteless too.

The workers were very rude and speaking in their native language about the customers . All of the workers were either on their phones while standing around while the others were preparing food with their cellular devices in hand while speaking loudly. Very poor customer service from the entire staff!!!! 7 people for maybe 2 registers ,4 on the fry station and 2 in the back preparing sandwiches .

This was an alright airport Burger King experience. Young kids were serving up the food, but they were attentive when I was ready to order. Service and food were adequate and average.

Avoid this place in the morning. The ladies are all just standing around with aggravated looks on their face when we interrupt their talk with our order. The food was literally cold. Not even joking the food was cold. Don’t even wanna go back as I was afraid they would do something to my food.

Terrible Service and Disregard for Dietary Restrictions

I had one of the worst experiences at this establishment. Not only was the service unbelievably rude, but they also completely ignored the dietary restrictions I clearly mentioned When I brought up the issue, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, acting as if I was inconveniencing them by expecting my food to be prepared correctly.

The food itself was disappointing poorly cooked, and definitely not worth the price. But what’s worse is their complete lack of care for customers’ needs. If you have any dietary requirements, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They either don’t listen or simply don’t care. Absolutely unacceptable.

1/5 stars—would give zero if I could.
