Terrible Service and Disregard for Dietary Restrictions
I had one of the worst experiences at this establishment. Not only was the service unbelievably rude, but they also completely ignored the dietary restrictions I clearly mentioned When I brought up the issue, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, acting as if I was inconveniencing them by expecting my food to be prepared correctly.
The food itself was disappointing poorly cooked, and definitely not worth the price. But what’s worse is their complete lack of care for customers’ needs. If you have any dietary requirements, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They either don’t listen or simply don’t care. Absolutely unacceptable.

Knee employees were absolutely ridiculous. It was a group of young boys that were working they were not helpful, the car reader was not working and they refuse to believe it was their card reader. Yelling order numbers to people, or just unkind to customers. I would not go to this Burger King again because the only place to eat in the airport.

Supervisor didnt honor FREE WHOPPER on back of receipt. Literally told me: Oh, we dont take coupons here? Was given a receipt prior (earlier that week from the exact same location) and gave # from survey. He said: This coupon is for a fish sandwich. And we dont serve fish here. What??? What coupon? Then what kind of supervisor doesnt look at receipts? He acted like I was lying or something. Really? Over food? Weird. Asked to speak to manager bc it was strange. He went: "Im the supervisor. Im the only one here." I guess literally bc other restaurants were closed due to weather.
Smh BK, or this location is not worth it.

This long long layover gave me the opportunity to grab a Whooper ® and unsweet ice tea. The Whooper was in traditional Burger King style. Fries, all kinds of burgers, fountain and bottled drinks and great old school vanilla ice cream. At Gate D1 near the connector between C and D gates, this open venue is accessible with low counter but no seating. Look for a central area for a table or sit at your gate waiting area Wheel chair accessible men's, women's and family restrooms with grab bars and 5ft x 5 ft space in central airport areas

I witnessed numerous health code violations in the 5 minutes I stood waiting for my food. They also gave me the wrong burger not once, but twice… after the second time I just gave up and ate it.

With an extended layover at the airport, I chose an ice tea unsweet and a grilled Whooper . They don't have everything that the non-airport venues offer but they sure have the essentials with burger varieties, French fries, teas, fountain drinks and ice cream cones. Great quick service for my grilled yo order Whooper. Order by kiosk or the old fashioned way with a friendly employee. The venue is open and accessible with no seating, so plan to go to a central area or in your gate waiting area Pick up counters are low. Menus posted are fairly readable Accessible hands free men's, women's, and family restrooms with grab bars, 5 ft x 5 ft space in various areas of airport

The service is not good, they spend more time talking on the phone and they don't pay attention to you, they forget to give you the drink and they don't even put a drink in your order and the ketchup or even talk because they don't give you anything

Only coffee available in the afternoon was brewed in the morning.
We had to request the sauces we ordered because they were not placed in the bag. One of the side orders was mixed with another, and the chicken nuggets were placed in the bag haphazardly so some of them fell to the bottom.

Polite staff. Loved that they had the napkins and condiments on the counter for me to serve myself. Too many other places skimp on napkins. Not here! Food came fast, what more could you ask for? Was $15 and change for my large meal, but still cheaper than other airport restaurants. I do regret not getting cheese on my impossible burger.

Very Slow service. Does not take mobile orders. Doesn’t redeem points. Average taste. Not worth it.
Vegetarian options: Whopper and fries can be a good option for vegetarians. Coffee or soda and onion rings on the side.
