The cleanest bathrooms I have seen in an establishment in a busy part of town and on a major highway. I was there on the evening of 7/16/24 and shared this compliment with the manager in charge. I have managed retail fast food and know how much work and awareness towards cleanliness this takes. It also extrapolates to the food handling and seating area which assures your customers that you care about your offerings. Kudos to the whole crew!

Bad service manager was very rude and started cussing at me because I said my food wasn’t fresh . When I asked for a refund she told me to get out her trashy store . Overall very bad service may need to find a new manager

Manager I think her name was shordy was yelling at me , my food wasn’t done all the way and the drink machine was down. lobby was a mess trash every where garbage was g takin out and the bathroom was closed. I asked for someone to re make my food they told me no “it looked done to them” not how u run a business

I came here the other day the black woman manager who was in the lobby on her computer kind of heavy set told me I couldn’t use the restroom I guess she’s the overseer of that store but she was very rude about it I asked her why was it down and she proceeded to tell me that that’s none of my business and could I leave if I am not buying anything , I don’t know who hired her but you guys need to fire her immediately that is not how you treat anyone yet alone a customer very unsatisfied with this experience

Homeless tweakers hanging out front, bathrooms locked, and slowwwww service. Ordered two combo meals and after 17 minutes told us they're still waiting on onion rings that they hadn't even put in the fryer. Witnessed a manager yell at a customer. The place was dirty and the drink machine only had about 4 available options for in store customers. We almost left without our food because of the overall poor service.
Figured I should post my visit to Burger King as I don't think the company as a whole will remain in business much longer. The Whopper was decent but my chicken snap wrap was a poor imitation to the McDonald's snack wrap of yesteryear. But the food is what it is and gets the job done. The problem is the poor service and dirty dining room. The freestyle coke machine was out of almost every syrup and the soda I did get tasted flat and watered down. The tables were grimy and full of paper crowns that I wouldn't let my children play with for fear of infection. My to-go bag had a whopping 2 ketchup packets in it but the real gem was being told to use the restroom at the gas station next door since BK doesn't let their customers use the facilities there. I believe the King is not long for this world.

Men's room allegedly out of order..I thought it was illegal for a dine in restaurant to not having working bathrooms? I suspect they just don't want anyone using them.I refuse to spend my money somewhere that won't let customers use the restroom!

Nasty place to eat, if you’re hungry, you better get home and cook yourself, or find a better burger King. I saw the guy that was bringing me the food, coughing on my drink , eating and and touching my food at the same time! This is not what a place like this should be! Hygiene is a must!!
