Vibe here is very fire-meets-brick, in a good way. Got the brisket plate with charred green beans and esquites — brisket was smoky, sliced thick, super tender. Green beans had this grill-flavor I didn’t expect to love, but yeah, I’d get 'em again. Place was busy but didn’t feel hectic.

It’s Wednesday so naturally we went to Butchertown Hall for Wine Down Wednesday for $5 glasses of wine. We had the brisket sandwich and the salmon - both of which were great. To top the night off, Alison was our waitress and provided us with great service, meal choices and conversation. Safe to say, we will be back!

Have been coming to Butchertown Hall since 2017. This evening, I had the best experience I’ve had in all of my visits. Kelly was an absolute joy and definitely attentive. Food was on point, got the Trinity platter and was phenomenal. Don’t miss out on the corn and brussel sprouts, as well.

Mescal margaritas absolutely fire 🥵🔥☠️ and our server Leah was punctual, efficient, and perfectly pleasant. However, the brisket sandwich and burger were both underwhelming—surprisingly bland and lacking the rich, smoky flavor you'd expect. The brisket was a bit tough, and the seasoning seemed to be an afterthought. On the upside, the service was attentive and friendly, and the margaritas were well-crafted and refreshingly strong. A great spot for drinks, but not the place to go if you're craving bold barbecue flavors.
