The staff and restaurant were nice, but we sat there for an hour and never got our entrees. We paid for our appetizers and left.

Cafe 100 is wonderful! The food is so great! The fish is always a great choice and you can’t go wrong with the pasta. The desserts are the die for. The rainbow cake is my personal favorite

Had a 6:15 pm reservation last night for two. Sat at our table for 35 minutes without getting drinks, bread, or apps. Decided to end that debacle and headed to Brewhouse. Service will run this place into the ground. Plus it was really hot in there.

EDITED:
We reached out to the restaurant and the chef wanted us to come by and try them again. We came by for brunch and got the Maryland Benedict and frittata. The service was great and the food was delicious.
We arrived at 12:35 for a 12:30 reservation.
We were sat between two tables in a crammed area and every time the server would check on the two tables we were sat in between my husband‘s arm was bumped, so he had to lean to the side so she could even get to the other table. It took 10 minutes for her to even come over and acknowledge we were there. The amount of times she checked on the tables around us, she had ample time to acknowledge we were there and get our order. When she finally realized we were there after standing by the bar for awhile, we put in our order, 2 Maryland eggs Benedict, a Coke, and a mimosa. It took another 10 minutes and us asking the hostess for the complementary biscuits. When the biscuits arrived they were cold so they after 25 minutes without even our drinks on the table, we flagged the server down and told her to cancel the order. She just let us walk out of the restaurant without even saying sorry or suggesting that we could talk to a manager. I know it was a busy time as it was Father’s Day but the lack of attention or care was astounding.

Customer service was excellent. Everyone we came in contact with were attentive and courteous. We were a group of 4. They stated food was good, not great. I initially ordered the seafood linguini. Not available, so I ordered the crab carbonara. Disappointing, no crab, dry, pasta rubbery, at $32. Wine selection good. Dessert good. Atmosphere typically loud and difficult to communicate. Hope I experienced an off night and will give it another shot.

I know this place has mixed reviews, but my wife and I have dined here probably 5 times now and have never had a bad experience. It is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots in the neighborhood. Everything we have tried on the menu has been wonderful.
This last week we went our for a date night and we were promptly seated and tended to. Ana (sorry if I misspelled your name!) was our server and she was super sweet and helpful. She was able to give great menu recommendations and wine pairing recommendations. She even gave us a taste of one of the wines from the bar without us asking or expecting it. The owner came by at one point to say hi and ask how everything was going.
Veal is terrific. We've tried a couple of their pizzas. Every dessert we have had has been awesome. We picked up breakfast sandwiches to go one morning and they were out of this world good. If you've had a negative experience, I'm hoping you maybe just caught them on a bad day or they were still working out the kinks. I hope people give this place a shot because it is unique to our neighborhood.

Our food was not good. We had the chicken and steak sandwiches. Only 4 little pieces of meat. The bread was baked in store. We did not care for the bread. It had the consistency of corn bread. Fries were ok but not given very many. They gave us free baked goods left over from a catering party. They were not tasty at all. Waitress was very nice. We have heard the dinner is great there. The lunch was not for us. We had a party of 3 me, mom, and sister.

I understand sometimes places are understaffed, but the lack of communication and terrible service made choosing Cafe 100 the worst dining experience of my life. I grew up down the street and love supporting local businesses so I was looking forward to celebrating my dad on Father’s Day here. We arrived for a noon reservation and we weren’t seated until 12:30. We had to ask for a waitress and didn’t get any service until 12:40. I could tell things weren’t looking promising so I made sure everyone got their orders in as soon as the waitress showed up. It took 50 minutes to get any food out to the table. I asked the waitress to bring out the appetizers beforehand and they arrived after our entrees. They also forgot 2 entrees including the food for my 4 year old who had now been waiting almost 2 hours to eat. They were kind and brought her chocolate milk and a donut, but it was a lot of sugar for a small kid. 20 minutes later we got the last 2 meals and had to ask repeatedly for things like water refills and condiments and the check. I figured they would surely comp the whole meal if not a couple entrees, but they did not.
I don’t know what’s going on here, but horrible management and service all around.

I had high hopes for this place. I've passed it mamy times and when a client of mine suggested that I should eat here I stopped by. I was very disappointed! The Door is open and flies are everywhere landing on the table and food. I took one bite of the burger and was not a fan. When the waitress came back asked if I wanted a box I said no thank you, I was not pleased with it. She said ohh I'm sorry. And that was that. No can I get you something else etc. I definitely will not return.
