Wonderful restaurant! Very deserving to be included in the Michelin Guide!! We had the Avocado Hummus and Chicory Waldorf to start then Roast Magret Duck and Steak Frites for mains. All excellent! Very highly recommended!!!

We live right down the street and have been going to Cafe Roze for nearly a decade and I'm so, so sad to write this review (we have emailed them directly with no response). We walked to dinner for my friend's birthday dinner, ate and received our checks then were promptly asked to leave due to another party needing our table (we had reservations for the record). We had been there for 1 hr 40 mins and mid conversation we were asked to leave. We were not being loud or drinking (which might have been their issue? I hope not). I have never been asked to leave a restaurant... and in such a rude manner without an apology, it was shocking really. We were all extremely saddened because we have loved this restaurant for so many years and on top of it this was my friends birthday dinner. Hoping this was just a fluke and management having a bad night. Will not be back anytime soon.

Cafe Roze is a neighborhood gem! Excellent presentation and everything we ordered was delicious! From sourdough bread with labna, smoked goat cheese with sweet potato fritters, salmon, steak frites and chocolate mousse to finish! All of it so good! Highly recommend!

Claire, our server, was very attentive and gave us great restaurant recommendations for bbq in the Nashville area. We will return to Cafe Roza on our next visit to Nashville!

I recently had the Al Pastor Panzanella — the chicken was flavorful and perfectly moist. My friend ordered the Simple Breakfast with shiitake mushrooms and absolutely loved it. The steamed turmeric latte was rich and comforting, just right for a crisp fall day. We also tried the seasonal matcha latte, which was equally satisfying. This place offers the perfect mix of delicious food, a warm ambiance, friendly staff, and a thoughtful, ever-changing seasonal menu. It's a great spot to bring out-of-town guests — a true Eastside gem. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The food was excellent. We sat outside because it was too noisy inside to hear each other talk and carry on a conversation. Unfortunately, we couldn't order wine outside due to city ordinances. The food was fabulous and I'd go back.
