Wonderful food! Small and cozy Italian restaurant with soulful life music. The Service was great. Sylvin is always a chill place for a date night. I recommend a reservation and definitely worth the price.

I went to Cafe Nonna last night with my parents and our two dogs. There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but Will, the owner, went above and beyond to make things right. Not only was the service impeccable, but the food there is incredible! The zucchini medallions that are new to the menu are out of this world! The pesto aioli was incredible, and I found myself dipping my bread in it, long after the zucchini was gone. The caprese salad was delicious, fresh, and absolutely perfect. I had the Seafood Angelina for my main course, and every bite was amazing. The saffron white cream sauce is not something you will find anywhere else. The seafood tasted fresh, and the dish had just the right amount of spice to it. While I didn’t order it this time, the farro salad is another favorite of mine, and I plan on going back next weekend for it. Such a cute, local, neighborhood spot! I plan on becoming a regular and am already making reservations for the patio next weekend for my puppy and me. Thank you so much, Will for making last night one my parents will remember from their visit! We hope to stop by tomorrow after Jack’s birthday party for doggie day and look forward to seeing you again!

Had the pleasure of getting out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville and having dinner at Caffe Nonna’s last night. Great place, great food, great atmosphere, felt like family. The owner Will is a super nice guy and spent the whole night talking to guests. When in Nashville again, we will definitely come to this place. I highly recommend them.
Love this little Italian restaurant in the heart of solvent Park. Will was incredible. Everyone there is so nice. They always have a special which we tried tonight and it was delish. I typically get the seafood Angeline and you have to start out with the muscles. 💪🏾 They serve a really good Campari spritz which is my favorite. Definitely give this place a try, you’ll love it.

We ate here one Sunday evening. The seating area was comfortable, the wait staff was awesome and attentive, and the food was to die for. We started with a new appetizer that was very tasty. The zucchini medallions may become part of the menu, of so, try them. I admit the Lasagna Nonna which is enough for two, but I ate the whole thing. My sister in law had a Ceasars salad since she had to avoid anything that may have had alcohol in it. My brother had the seafood bruchetta . He was very impressed and very happy. Don't forget desert. The bread pudding was superb and the Gelato rich and refreshing. If you are in Nashville looking for an excellent Italian eatery, come to Cafe Nonna. Everything was worth the visit.

DELICIOUS ITALIAN FOOD! For whatever reason, there are not many good authentic Italian restaurants in the Nashville area. Caffe Nonna is a standout. We celebrated a graduation and had a wonderful time. Our server was fantastic. We brought our own Italian wine and she pleasantly poured it for us. (The corkage fee was reasonable, $25.) We also had a couple of limoncello spritzes, which were a good size. The lasagna was excellent and tasted fresh and wasn't douced with sauce like some places. Chicken parm was also very good, as was the cacio pepe. Good gelato too. Atmosphere is cozy. We will definitely go back. Parking is challenging but it's worth it. (We could not find parking near the restaurant on a Wednesday night so parked at the park, which was about a 5-minute walk.)
Brought a friend here last night for a girl's night. We sat at the bar. It was lovely. Actual convo: Me: this lasagna is amazing Friend: this is the best salmon I've ever had Me: oh yeah? What's it seasoned with? Friend: Heaven.
That about sums it up. It was beyond excellent. I live in the other side of town now, but we'll have to make the trip to come back.
