I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We were introduced to Calypso catering in Feb 2019 when they catered at one of our friend's welcome dinners as part of a wedding weekend. The food was great! We opted to have Calypso cater for our wedding welcome dinner on 10.13.23. Michael was amazing to work with. They have an AWESOME BLACK BEAN SALAD like no other. The sauce they serve with it is the BEST ever. We also buy a couple of pints to take home. SO YUMMY. Plus the service is beyond great.
