My last visit, a month ago I'd say . Obviously Captain D's has change their supplier for fish and chicken, it was absolutely awful. Day and night different from what it was . I'm done unless changes are made for a quality product. I use to enjoy a meal there .
Food service and price! Food is awful now.

Ordered fish got chicken tried to call 4 times no answer no phone number for corporate just don't waste your time. Went thru drive thru the server was fine but the order was wrong.

Customer service was very rude. Not only to me but two other customers. But not let me talk to explain to her that our food was cold and hard. SHe said we should have brought it back right away. Anyone with any common Sense would know that you don't know if it's cold till you try it. She would not replace it and laughed in my face. And as we were leaving she was in the window clapping like an idiot. And if I don't get a response back from the corporate I am going to report this to the better Business bureau. That is totally unacceptable behavior. From an employee. She should be fired.

I’m located in Myrtle Beach, SC. This store has not been fully opened for the past several months due to fact they can’t seem to keep employees. Corporate doesn’t seem to care and as I see it this store should close. They have one person running the store and she is doing what she can but she doesn’t seem to get any support from corporate. At this pace I believe Captain D’ s will eventually go out of business as well as they should. Great food but nothing can overcome poor corporate management.

What has happened to this restaurant? South Lowry St. Smyrna TN. Use to love this place. Horrible rude people work here. Worst customer service ever. Fish was mushy and cold. It will be our last time going to this restaurant.

Don’t waste your time at the Smyrna location on Lowry Street. Been to this location three times NOW and could not get service at drive through. End up going to Almaville Rd location if we want fish. Wish the location close to my home would take orders guess they don’t need customers or money. This one should receive minus five stars as this is the worst location I have ever tried to place order
