My review is for the Arab store in Alabama. I only gave 2 stars because they never give me what I ask for. I never vget any sauces. Food is not as good without tartar sauce. If I continue to go there and not get sauces luke I ask I will stop going.

The food and service was good. Nice person on drive-thru. The building looked worn and slightly unkempt.
We were disappointed we didn't get plastic utensils with our food.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Fish is not the same anymore. It’s a cheaper type of fish and it stinks.. nothing like the battered fish from back in the day. This location lacks quality. Fries were in my cold slaw. Just a hot darn mess!!! Bring back the original battered fish. This tastes like something from the frozen food section in a grocery store. The texture of the fish is terrible!!! I will not be dining here again!!! Hush puppies were undercooked tasted like wet bread. Y’all need to do better!! Or close down!!!

The captain D in Dickson tn. Horrible. First they charged us for something we did not order then had to credit my card and ring back up. We had chicken strips instead of the fish that was ordered but we ate it then when I told the lady we had chicken strips instead of fish but ok we ate anyway the lady with short grey hair got upset and said her daughter was the general manager and gave us fish. Anyway my items were cold when I got mine. Lady was so rude I even said we ate anyway but just wanted them to know.bad service she acted like she hated the world and everybody in it we ordered fish. No crunchy bits either. My partner and I like captain d and in Clarksville we have good service at the one there also because we. Are seniors we get the senior meal. Said they only have senior twice a week at the one in Dickson. Sometimes you do not need the rude people working at places that are not people oriented. Not good for business. Let’s just be kind to one another

I was very disappointed yesterday when I purchased a Sampler meal at the Defiance Ohio location on July 7th, and these 2 chicken strips look more like nuggets. You need to do better Captain D's

My last visit, a month ago I'd say . Obviously Captain D's has change their supplier for fish and chicken, it was absolutely awful. Day and night different from what it was . I'm done unless changes are made for a quality product. I use to enjoy a meal there .
Food service and price! Food is awful now.

Ordered fish got chicken tried to call 4 times no answer no phone number for corporate just don't waste your time. Went thru drive thru the server was fine but the order was wrong.

Customer service was very rude. Not only to me but two other customers. But not let me talk to explain to her that our food was cold and hard. SHe said we should have brought it back right away. Anyone with any common Sense would know that you don't know if it's cold till you try it. She would not replace it and laughed in my face. And as we were leaving she was in the window clapping like an idiot. And if I don't get a response back from the corporate I am going to report this to the better Business bureau. That is totally unacceptable behavior. From an employee. She should be fired.

I’m located in Myrtle Beach, SC. This store has not been fully opened for the past several months due to fact they can’t seem to keep employees. Corporate doesn’t seem to care and as I see it this store should close. They have one person running the store and she is doing what she can but she doesn’t seem to get any support from corporate. At this pace I believe Captain D’ s will eventually go out of business as well as they should. Great food but nothing can overcome poor corporate management.

I keep giving the Captain D's @ 2705 Murfreesboro rd. Antioch Tn chance after chance, they will never change. Poor customer service!
