I went to this location to pickup food for my family. Since I knew I was ordering for multiple people, I went inside instead of going into the drive-thru. This allowed me to take my time looking at the menu and deciding what to order for us. I ended up ordering a family meal instead of individual meals. The food came out hot & fresh, and the wait was not very long. Thank you, Sherika & team!
The best part was the customer service that I received from Ms. Carolyn. She was so kind and courteous. When my order was ready, she checked each carryout container and showed me as she bagged them up, ensuring that my order was accurate and to my satisfaction. I highly appreciate that level of customer service.

I come at least once a week to get my Catfish and I always have a wonderful experience. The ladies up front are adjusted so pleasant and attentive, while the gentleman in the back always cooks my food fresh. I didn’t think to ask their names but it’s second shift always between 5pm-10pm
Staff wasn't very friendly. The salt shaker was busted on the side, and had salt pour all over the food. The food was horrible, overcooked, tasted old and my husband is having horrible stomach pain. A waste of $40!!!!!!
