I have a problem every time I order from this location. The staff are slow , rude and obviously don't care about anything. They're always out of something like cole slaw which has happened numerous times or condiments. It's hit or miss with the fish. It's overcooked more times than not.

This location is horrible. If I could give it a zero I would. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up they say they didn't have a online order with my name. i had to go through the drive thru because they had the doors locked and when I pulled up to the window they kept walking around wouldn't come to the window and when they finally do come to the window. I showed them the email of my order and where I already paid for it. The manager didn't wanna deal with the issue and shut the window door on me. This will be the last and final time I go to this location. It isn't the first time I have had issues with this location. This staff is horrible and I mean horrible. I will be calling corporate office to get a refund of my money. This staff at this location is a lazy and pathetic.

Opened doors at 10:35am. Wouldn’t take any orders until 10:51am. Very apathetic attitude towards customers. I realize someone can have a bad day, but every employee there? The Captain D’s we have in Springfield is much different and better.

Fish barely had seasoning on it. I had to go home and add flavor. Also, I didn't ask for tilapia but they gave it anyway. Yuck! Jalapeno poppers were good but I still went by Arby's to get there's because Capt D's didn't have much filling in them. I added my own salad at home.

The most horrible food experience. This was sold to a disabled person. They started eating it and was told by a caregiver that it was burned. So sad and unacceptable.
