placed online order @ 11.30 for 12 pickup. Got there at 12 and had to wait over 15 mins for my food while other folks were walking up, ordering and getting food immediately. Did they have to catch the fish? 45 mins for a single piece of fish. not a family meal or several meals. 2nd time this has happened

My friend and I ate inside of the restaurant. The food was hot and fresh, and good. The issue is we really didn’t feel safe. It’s a guy who work there and he kept on looking out the window like he expected somebody to pull up or something (paranoid like) and then the young lady who was on the front cash register, was talking on the phone, being loud, cussing, talking about a fight. it was like we was in a twilight zone. We just ate and hurried up and got out of there.

I love Captain Ds but this is the worse in Nashville. We actually called the restaurant to make sure they were open while in the drive thru. Our fish was old and we didn’t get our hush puppies on our family dinner. I know this review won’t matter because nobody in management cares but had to post it

We ordered over $150 worth of food from this establishment and only received about half the order. We ordered two seafood feasts and a chicken family pack. The order should've came with a total of 24 pieces of fish, 24 butterfly shrimp, six stuffed crab, 14 pieces of chicken strips, a total of six side dishes, and 32 hushpuppies. This was for our office lunch with clients. We received the fish, the hushpuppies, three total sides, 12 total shrimp, all the chicken, and no crab whatsoever. We are disappointed beyond measure as this was going to become a regular weekly order. I can't justify spending that amount for so little food.
The food we did receive was delicious, but it was not enough. I do not recommend.

I went through the Dr thru 2 nights ago ! I got the 3 pc spicy ? fish with okra and fries! I didn't check my food the Fry's were cold and hard the fish was cold and hard and burnt! The okra were old burnt! And cold the hush puppies were cold and halg done! Never again !! Will I ever go back !! They are trifling for even selling some shit like this!

I don't go here often. Usually the service is so bad as it was this time. Their drive-thru speaker is right by the back door that they leave open. We could not hear what the young lady was saying because of the people at the sink yelling at each other. One order was wrong. Food was very cold so was the person serving us.
We are here for the next five days medical issues Mom loves captain d,,'s . The Uber eat driver was prompt. But I order broccoli and coles slaw and got at fries and two hush puppies. To late to order something else . . And when you call the number it conveniently say voicemail not set up. Try the number and see what you get.

Everything overall was bad the wait time was way longer than expected the staff were rude and it was like I was being ignored while I’m the drive thru I got a pick up order thinking it would be faster but I waited over a hour for my food in the drive thru I will never come back to this location

(Dickerson location)This place is nasty and they have cock roaches I work there for two weeks corporate hired my son the manager hates hiring teens (discrimination )they literally didn’t put him on the schedule at all she rather give all the hours to her sister and she is nasty to they don’t use gloves when making ur food and some how they got a 98 health inspection ? They don’t train you And they expect you to work the drive-through the front counter and also taking orders. Don’t send your teen to this location to get a job because they will not be treated fairly. The food is never getting tempt on a regular The management sucks and that’s why it takes 20 minutes in the evening to get your food
