The order was three meals the meals weren't made right also the drinks didn't come with the meals they said the food back in the kitchen with the lids open on the food which is unhealthy and still didn't get the meals right I spent 35.57 plus drinks that night

I bought the grilled white fish meal on 6/12/2024 through the drive through at this location. The breaded okra and fries were good. The fish looked good but tasted as if it was rotten. I attempted to call the restaurant but the phone was not working. I rated the food 1 Star because the other food was good. I rated the service 1 star because it was poor customer service serving someone old rotten tasting food.
The place says it closes at 10 pm, I arrived at the site at 9:40 and it was already closed, both the place and coming by car is the last straw and they only come out to say that it is closed

The location on Nolensville Pike had only ONE person working in the entire place when I went in early June !!!!! Wth??!!! I waited for 20 mins to order in the drive thru !! People behind me kept leaving ..and eventually I had to leave also!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! The guy working told me 4 times that he was "working on an order!!" ...ok AND??!!!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER Captain D's!!!!!! The food is great, but the service is absolutely non existent!!!!

Ordered in the drive thru 25 minutes ago and I’m STILL sitting in the drive thru waiting on my food!!! I’ve never sat in the drive thru of a fast food place waiting on food for this long! If I had not paid for my food already I would have left already! Total 36 minutes in the DRIVE THRU!! Ridiculous amount of time to ever have to spend in the drive thru!

I can't believe all the negative comments I drove all the way from west Nashville to eat here our captain d closed and no way would make that round trip unless it was really good
