I ordered $35 worth of food on 1/5, they drive thru lady was nice, she asked me all the right questions, did I need sauces or anything extra. When I got my order, it was given to me by different lady with a bull ring and pink hair, I asked her did she put all of my sauces in there, she said yes. I get back to my hotel she put not one sauce, no sour cream, butter, or anything. This messed up my entire $35 order!
Mistakes were made. I should have known better. Last time for sure. Didn't approach ok, in any way.

The only complaint I have is that Thursday night they had no sour cream for my baked potato. Saturday night they had neither sour cream nor butter so I had to get mac and cheese instead of a baked potato. What's going on with that? Otherwise, everything is always fresh and delicious.

Been twice in the past two weeks. Great service. Food was hot and fresh both times. Only negative is the men's restroom. So dated. Stinky. Time to bring the restrooms into the 21st century
