I went by to grab lunch. Service was absolutely amazing. The servers very super nice and welcoming. Food was fast and hot. Kim was great. She personally made sure my food was right and handed it out in a timely fashion.

The food was very fresh and delicious . The guy that was working on this day was very nice. The only thing I can say is that the baby shouldn't have been at the restaurant hanging on the front of the mother why she was working. Not a safe place for a baby.

I didn't get my full order. I told the delivery man it wasn't all here. He couldn't help me and didn't speak English.
The food was so so fresh me and my husband enjoyed it thoroughly. When I'm in the Madison area this will be one of my favorite regular stops.

This captain D's refused to take my order. They told me they didn't have enough employees, but yet there where people in front of me and they took there orders. That's not right to take other people's orders and not take mine. This is the worst fast food place I ever went to I will NOT go back to this location even if it was the last captain D's on earth! I would give zero stars if possible.
