Our waiter kept promising food on the house (out of the blue)—then charged us for some of it and some of it never came out. The whole situation was pretty odd. On top of it all, four of our six steaks were pretty egregiously not cooked as we had ordered. One person ordered medium-rare, got a very bloody rare steak twice, and then got sassed when they finally brought out her steak a third time...cooked to medium instead of medium-rare. Just a very weird and off-putting experience, particularly for a high-end steakhouse.

Loved our server Ray! We had a blast! Thank you! Only complaint, the octopus was not the best/ only getting 3 oysters for an appetizer to share.... lol odd numbers are a no go. Everything else was WONDERFUL! The bread, the steaks. Yum.

I've dined here so many times and is never a disappointment. They always have availability and their food and cocktails are great! Such a gem!

Let's start with the music. It was coinciding with the music that was playing on the upstairs patio, making it very uncomfortable and very confusing. This steak was absolutely horrible for a steakhouse. I found an extremely disappointing steak with sour and out of the taste well to get it remade, and it still wasn't good no adjustments were made other than I'm setting out potatoes. The experience was the definition of subpar and disappointing. I would never get back.

This was a pricey one but well worth it overall. The food was amazing. The wine list is vast and also amazing. Our server was one of the best I've ever experienced. I had high expectations for this dinner and it definitely exceeded. Great spot for a date night. Very impressive.

The quality and presentation of the food was excellent. Overall a WONDERFUL experience. The only VERY small area of improvement is that the dishes arrive rather quickly between appetizer and main course. There's a slight feeling of being rushed. Servers also need better training for such a high end establishment. But overall, great ...I will definitely return and I highly recommend. Wonderful bar area for socializing...

Ray was an amazing waiter! The entire staff was very pleasant and willing to please. We ordered the ribeye tomahawk for sharing. While the steak was good and tender, cooked to med rare perfectly, it did not impress us in flavor. The sides were tastey. Twice baked potato and a creamed corn. Don't go during sundown. The sun is blinding for about 15 minutes. The desert was good. Overall, nice place for dinner. But to be honest, Ray made the evening for us, not the food.

Saturday night. Friends visiting from California. Was eager to take them to Carne for the outstanding prime rib, which I had talked-up continuously. The restaurant ran out of it. Their ‘signature' item. Relatively early in the evening. Beyond disappointing.

Derek was polished and professional. Best prime rib I've had since House of Prime Rib. The corn agnolotti was incredible. The twice baked potato was a tasty accompaniment.

We didn't know it was a Pre Fix menu. Christie's were very limited for the cost. Disappointing.

I was looking for a new place to celebrate our 43 anniversary. Online, the restaurant looked quiet / romantic. Unfortunately, I did not take into account the nature of the crowd frequenting the Gulch. Lot's of folks in shorts at the restaurant despite a $70 price tag for the Dover Sole. Not that's there is anything wrong with shorts but a big dude in shorts deducts from the ambience of the romantic dinner. There were but 2 of us wearing a dinner jacket (well, just a sports coat actually). Food was good but not the ambience for a romantic evening.

Caviar mozzarella sticks. That's the review. But seriously — this was one of the best first-time dining experiences we've had in a while. Those mozz sticks blew our minds. Crispy, melty, and then that hit of salty caviar? We were both stunned. Like... who knew?! Everything else was incredible too — strong espresso martini (chef's kiss), garlicky knots we couldn't stop eating, and a spicy lobster pasta that came loaded with meat and sweet heat. Our server was amazing — attentive, kind, and made the whole night feel like an experience. Already dreaming of round two.

They ran out of filet for our 6:45 reservation and did not substitute cost for anything. Menu didn't have many choices and the lamb tasted gamie at best.. bread was the best part. For the price we were not impressed
