I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience last night has brought me here. Generally the experience was going well. I received my meal (something toscana, I can’t remember the name) and it had a minimal amount of protein on top. And this is supposed to be a meal with both shrimp and steak and there was very small lifeless portions of each plopped on top of the pasta. My main issue though isn’t the food. Our server got sat a large party. I was trying to be mindful of that but we had told her we wanted our checks and Togo boxes almost 20 minutes prior when the manager comes by to ask how the meal is. I explained to the manager I know our waitress is busy but we’d been waiting for almost 20 mins if the manager wouldn’t mind getting us boxes and checks. The manager (short hair, older) seemed annoyed. I imagined it was at the employee which made me feel bad. But then she brought our check and boxes and still had an attitude. Didn’t even bother splitting the check for three obvious single adults. I’m not sure if she thinks her job is just to ask people about their meal with no other responsibilities? I even made sure to mention I know the other waitress had a large table so I wasn’t trying to be a jerk. I work in the food industry. Between the food and the service I’m underwhelmed and paid 45 dollars for the experience. Thanks Carrabba’s Green Hills?

The dinner food here is unbelievably good. And their lunch sandwiches are even better. The boxed lunches are great and come with a drink and a cookie. And I need to know who makes the cookies because they are so amazingly good. They rival Brightside Bakery.
