Ordered delivery from this location. There was a drink to be included in my order and they didn't provide it; there was literally an empty cup inside my bag, never filled. I requested a refund through the delivery platform. The falafel that was to be included in my bowl was also missing. Staff should pay attention to details and ensure that all items ordered are provided.

I desperately need a Cava in every city and every state-think a Mediterranean Chipotle with (in my opinion) infinitely more options and flavor combinations. Even though Cava is a fast casual restaurant, the bowls and wraps taste so fresh. The condiments and sauces are flavorful and unique, adding a dimensional layer that is very enjoyable to taste. As it was my first time visiting, I ordered one of their chef-curated bowls, I think it was called the Harissa Chicken/Avocado bowl-I ate it at 11 AM and it sustained me through the evening. At Cava it is so easy to savor every bite, and I can't wait until they expand to more locations.

This place is the best food on broadway. Always fresh. Always friendly. Sky the guest experience manager actually checks on you while eating and Brenda who made my bowl was awesome! Get the right rice!

I came here to Nashville on a vacation. Once I found out Cava was here I was so excited to try it. Upon arrival no one greeted us even when we walked up to the counter to order. The young lady was already taking someone’s order in the front of me and there was a gentleman behind us. Instead of the young man helping me, he went straight to the gentleman behind me. I thought that was rude but I was willing to still stay because I wanted to try Cava. The breaking point was when another young man walked up to the meat/ toppings with a dirty rag and started cleaning around the little compartments, the dirty rag went into the chicken, into the avocado, etc causing the different toppings to mix with each other. That’s when I knew it was time to go. The rag was a white rag but you could tell it was used for other things because it had black stains on it. I just decided to leave, maybe when I come back I’ll try a different location and not this one. The workers acted like they did not want to be there which is not our fault. Whoever is over this location either needs new and friendlier employees or they need to take them back through training. Disappointed.

Food was amazing, first time trying a restaurant downtown. Definitely will be tuning in again. Nice vibes, chill spot to do work and overall good people. Good customer service, a little guerita took my order and was extremely helpful in helping me decide what to eat. 10/10 would recommend.
