Central BBQ (Capitol View)

We are visiting from out of state and the food here was really good! They had our food to our table in less than 5 minutes, the portions were big and the service was helpful and friendly. Bree was a great server and we had an amazing time tonight.

I had wings only, but it included carrot bites, ranch dressing and a roll. It was excellent flavor and tenderness.

Sierra was very welcoming and the food was amazing. Nick made sure our food was prepared to perfection. The loaded fries are the best!!! Overall the food was a great value for the price! Capitol View Central BBQ is a must go to for lunch or dinner. Thank you Nick !!!

Absolutely the worst pulled pork I've ever had. Dry, no smoke, no taste, way over cooked!!! Asked for pickles and got huge chunks of cucumber. You can't even call this BBQ. Will never eat here again!

Man, I was hyped about this place. I ordered pitmaster combo and all the meats are dry. Maybe it is a week day but it's during lunch rush so I don't know. It's really looks like someone just grab the trimming off of the pan and serve. I attached pictures here so y'all can see it.

The sides are delicious though.

This is possibly the worst meal I’ve had all year. The brisket was so dry it seemed like they had used a dehydrator. The Mac and cheese was flavorless, the onion rings were so bad I can’t even describe it… bbq nachos were depressing. There was barely an ounce of shredded pork on it and the cheese sauce tasted foul.

I legitimately do not understand how it’s so highly rated. This was so depressing. We literally couldn’t eat it after the first bite.

I ordered a half slab on a Saturday, and they were fall off the bone best ribs I've had in a long time. Then on Monday I was jonesing for the same and they were overcooked hard and chewy which is unacceptable for the price I paid . These had to be leftovers and sitting a couple of days. Consistency should be your sauce as well.

Some of the best ribs I’ve ever had!!! Awesome bbq beans and fries!!! And the best banana pudding in town!!! Great service in a laidback atmosphere!!! I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have the shirt I wanted in my size; but, no biggie. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I recently visited Central BBQ and was more than pleased with the service that I received. Aria was very personable, kind and prompt. She went above and beyond to ensure that our gluten-free dietary restrictions were met. Food was great and I will definitely be a returning customer due the amazing service received. Thank you!
