Horrible customer service and experience. I left and went to Longhorn Steakhouse where I was treated way better. I'll never go back to Nashville Tap House.

Literally got sat at our table and had no service for 30 mins, and when my man went to the host to see what was going on the waitress acted like she didnt see us sitting there until we got up and left and gone say “thank you” like yea i didnt enjoy my time.

I’m trying to understand where all the good reviews came from. Chicken tenders were not edible. Waited 20 minutes to get food and no one was in the restaurant. Paid $100 for 3 meals. The only thing positive was the waiter.
Waiter didn't speak english, so if he didn't understand then it was"we don't have that". However, if you ask the waitress who was so incredibly nice then we received what we asked for. Food was not good. Service was poor

Try this place for the first time I’ll traveling for business in Nashville… The food was pretty good, but the service was very much lacking and I think the poor server is just overwhelmed or something because he had a large section to take care of. For instance, my glass is empty and he was right next to me. Didn’t even turn around to look to see if I needed anything… Maybe because I may be a check for one and if he thinks he’s not gonna get much of a tip? I don’t get it. I’m thirsty while eating and a server has not refilled my.drink. Grrrr. I saw wanted to give this place a high score

My husband had the bone in ribeye and said it was one of the best steaks he’s ever had! Cooked and seasoned to perfection!
I had the Tuscan chicken and it was good but I could tell it had been prepared for a while before the waitress brought it because it wasn’t very hot. If it had been, they’d have gotten five stars. I don’t blame her it was a busy night and she did an excellent job otherwise. We also had the bramble daiquiri and margaritas. Exceptional!! Will definitely be back!
Dietary restrictions: My husband has celiac so it was nice that they had Gf and vegan options clearly marked on the menu!
