ordered a combo of boneless wings , with cheese fries with jalepenos on top as the side and dr pepper as the drink and was charged seperately for the drink and fries and was given two things of fries neither matched the fries i ordered but was in a rush leaving so i didn't check my receipt til i got to the car. person who took my order wasn't attentive and more worried about talking to coworkers than taking my order

Shoutout to Abanoub at Charleys Philly Cheesesteaks! I ordered fries and later asked to add cheese, and he handled it with outstanding customer service and a positive attitude. Employees like him make a big difference. Highly recommend!

The big Hispanic man should be fired called me a liar. he didn’t even listen to my whole order to be assuming who talks to a paying customer that way and accuse someone of sometimes he don’t even have a say in this happened 11/19/25 at 5:53pm what a horrible experience and definitely the worst experience ever abeer took my order he refused to give me his name

It might not be a traditional cheesesteak, but it's really good. The bread is soft, they aren't stingy with the portions, it was ready quickly and it was super fresh. The loaded fries were great too. No dry fries here.
