Skipped my order 2 times, then made my sandwich wrong. Not busy

Not clean at all The last guy on the trail makes everything up they don’t care about the cross contamination They’re gonna kill somebody

My food is always fresh and delicious 😋 I never eat elsewhere when im at the mall. This place will always be my go to. The customer service is phenomenal and they serve in a time manner.

Great food! I liked that they let you get a refill on a drink.

In the sea of mediocrity that is the Opry food court… Charley’s outshines the rest at being absolute garbage. Cheesesteak was dry, wings were old, and the fries were flavorless. Decent lemonade though.

Hands down, the BEST philly cheese steak EVER!!

Spent $70. They made one of the sandwiches wrong and refused to remake it. Took the sandwich and did not give me a refund. Incompetent staff.

Basically a Steak-umm with toppings. Kinda pricy.

If your gonna go eat here please check your reseat and your account because they “charged” me $66 and the reseat also said $66 but in reality $79 was taken from my card that is $13 they overcharged me and if I wouldn’t have checked my card I would have never known. Please double check your reseats and accounts when eating here because this is not ok.

I ordered the Philly and got just meat and cheese with mayo. They didn’t put bell pepper or mushrooms smh I didn’t want lettuce or tomato but I wanted the other ingredients that make a sandwich a Philly. Y’all lame for this sandwich you sold me. Rebecca is an excellent cashier and recommendation-giver! I found my new favorite sandwich here thanks to her. THANK YOU REBECCA!!! She is a valuable asset to the brand and team here. Staff were rude. The expediter at the end of the line specifically used the term "por los Gordo" when referring to to my order that was waiting on fries. The staff on the grill just laughed.
