I love everything about Chareau West. I have been 3 times in the past 2 weeks. The cuisine is excellent, the service is wonderful. Also the music and noise level are the best for a relaxing meal. I will be back soon.
We were trying something new for our anniversary. We had never been to Château before. I honestly heard mixed things about it but wanted to give it a shot. Our server was prompt to the table, very nice and professional and hit on all the points of service. My wife and I ordered the honey brie fondue. It was awesome. excellent food! Service was slow (no person to sit the party), earnest and friendly but in need of training (server did not know liquor holdings; did not know how to mix a cocktail, confused wine orders); manager not on duty. Have eaten at Chateau West many times and will return. This is the first time that the experience was not entirely positive.
