Rough go, but that also appears to be the standard experience at Checker's. Order was taken at 10PM, took 25 minutes to come out. Felt like the workers had no urgency to get things done, and their conversations were profanity laden and inappropriate in a business setting. Not expecting a "professional" environment, but at least a "family friendly" setting. Food was good once we got it.

Me and my co worker both made separate orders within 20 minutes of one another. One using DoorDash, the other using Uber. I had ordered a brisket bosswich with no onions. When my order arrived, not only did my sandwich have onions, IT HAD NO BRISKET!! My co worker had ordered a chili cheese hot dog, and a regular cheeseburger. When it arrived, the chili cheese dog was absolutely disgusting, and instead of receiving a burger, he got fries mixed with chicken nuggets. This place can’t get anything right apparently. Gave them two chances within 20 minutes and they messed up both times. Such a waste… but don’t think we didn’t get a refund.

Update 12/2024: Ordered for online pickup for lunch. Had to drop a star because only the poor service. No clear instructions on how to complete the pickup process. Plus, made drive to the other side of pickup with no passenger so I had to reach over and almost dropped my order. But the price for the amount of food I got was fantastic.

Cannot STAND the AI system for the drive-through. It's slow to respond and adds things on your order WITHOUT requesting them. We ordered 3 menu items, it calculated at 4 and wanted to charge $48 & some change. The attendant confirmed that it wasn't the right order and stated that mgmt thinks they are lying when it does it. Then proceeded to say that she and the other employee were the ONLY ones working. Was making the other employee take pictures of the mishap as well as her screen and got on the phone about it rather than correcting the order, taking our money, and moving us forward for a speedy process. They are understaffed and the order process is tedious making it NOT fast food at all. The AI system is flawed and needs to be removed. We left the line and went to Wendy's for a cheaper meal.

Horrible customer service. I had a problem ordering through the robot (they don’t even take your order now. They make you order through a robot) -as I was asking the lady employee with red hair about it, she slammed the window closed in my face and walked away.

Food is cold and nasty per usual.

1st bad thing the cashier needs to learn customer service skills she was rude put my lid on my drink half way I had to find a paper towel to dry my self off in my car because as she handed me my drink she also spilled my drink on me. She then proceeded to tell me to go around to the 2nd window for what? (So she could lie to say she got my order out at a decent time ridiculous)I ordered 6 mozzarella sticks u would think after driving to the other side my food would be correct and fresh wrong my sandwich had old hard bread the top bun looks as if she took her finger through my bread this gotta be a joke fries were redropped my chicken bites were rubber tasting why would someone serve someone some mess like this is unacceptable never will I be back 21.00 on some old food smh never again asked for a refund she said I couldn't get one she said she would only remake my order I told her I don't want nothing u got to serve I was so upset I told her just keep the food and the receipt she threw away I worked for my money it wasn't to be given away.

The service is very bad, I ordered my food online and when I went to get it they didn't have it, they never helped me, I called customer service and they didn't give me a solution, so I just paid for the food and they didn't give it to me. That's why I don't recommend this place.
