If you’re a vendor and think about providing services for him… THINK IT TWICE!!! One star is too much. We have had the pleasure to work with Keith “chef batts” , he comes to me when he needs servers for his events. We only provide server services. We had built trust and friendship. This was a contract for almost $2000 … He simply does not like to pay people at all or pay on time . He sent manipulated Zelle screenshots of fake deposits, before making these statements , the bank was contacted and confirmed that no deposits were pending, he was asked about it and than said he was having issues with the bank and freezing his business account , long story short, he said he would make a payment on a certain day but we ended up not getting paid nor hearing from him at all. He simply does not stick to his word and constantly lies. I finally gave up and took it as a loss and stopped contacting him. Finally, He paid up in portions 3 months later and asked if we could work again on an upcoming event. I simply decided to not move forward. He hired another server company that we know and they are currently in the same situation. I know there are other companies out there going through the same, trying to collect their money from him. Simply do not trust him.

I'm just seeing where I could post a review about this caterer... But, her goes. I got married New Years Eve of 2022. Chef Batts was excellent at the tasting but, however, on the wedding day he did not honor his contract. I was suppose to have 5 servers plus him and his assistant. Instead he shows up LATE! With just him and his two teenage daughters to serve a wedding that had 200 guest. My food was cold and some of my close friends had to help get the food out to the guest. He told my maid of honor he would make things right if we called him on Monday morning after the holiday and that he would rectify things. We've called him, emailed him, and reached out on social media and he has still yet, to respond back 2yrs later. So, keep your head on a swivel dealing with this guy because he is definitely bad for business for any special event. Hope this can be a help to someone. Because, 2yrs ago this guy almost ruined my special day.

Please consider the other reviews as well, but the service was decent enough for the event my group catered. That being said, our group received funding externally and so I don't know if we really got our money's worth. But the mac and cheese was quite good, although the chicken was somewhat lackluster.

Basically ruined my wedding and cost me additional money to feed my guests because I had to order from a restaurant because it was an emergency. Extremely unprofessional and yet to give me a full refund. Basically stole my money and on social media acting like he is a hotshot. I tell everybody to PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OR USE HIM OR HIS TEAM FOR ANYTHING. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. HE IS A SCAMMER.

So this dude did a wedding this past weekend (new year eve) and it was terrible and he basically ganked (stole) her money. The food was cold, there was no tea/lemonade as told, and service as a whole, was pretty bad. Don't get fooled by the IG posts. All flauggin, depending on who you are and your status.

My family visited Nashville for my fathers memorial services this weekend and requested your services to prepare a brunch on Saturday, August 27 2021 at 10 AM-1pm. I would like to say that the experience that’s was received was was less than professional and it’s causing our family a great deal of grief and frustration during this time. We requested YOUR services And even reached out days before the event to confirm the time that you would arrive without any notice someone completely different showing up at the place we were renting for the brunch . No communication on what was happening so We were under there impression that he was just your helper as he began preparing the food at 11am (late) Our guest were waiting . I asked the person cooking what’s the hold up since it was supposed to start at 10am and he said he’s just doing a favor for a friend. We did not start eating our food until 12pm and had to rush the brunch since we had plans scheduled for the day already. I know you can see the problem with how this has played out for us and our guest and this has now turn our most enjoyable occasion with family to a joke . The cook that worked at our house left some of your set up/Utensils and informed us that you would be returning To collect them. We have yet to hear back from you about these Items after reaching out via phone call and email.
