Worse customer service I’ve had at a Chicago Style Gyro. I asked for a chicken sandwich combo and when I got home I realized that it was a gyro sandwich instead. I called them regarding the mix up and the person who answered the phone was VERY rude and hung up in my face. I called back twice and he finally answered again. I asked him if I could bring the sandwich back to get a chicken sandwich and he said no he’s busy and cannot talk. This was his explanation as well for hanging up in my face. I WON’T EVER BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! I like the one on Dickerson Pike better anyway. This one was just closer to me at the time.

The customer service in my opinion may be better than the food!!! But the food is also great, I think this place should have way more traffic than what I’ve seen coming in to dine. Everything tastes fresh, and it’s hot. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Highly recommend Chicago Style Gyros! The food is always delicious and service is top-notch. Definitely the best gyros in Nashville. You will love the food and the friendly staff!

I enjoy coming here and ordering food and eating inside. There really nice people and they enjoy doin there job. The place is absolutely clean and neat inside.
NASTY! I order for lunch and assuming everything would have been fresh. To my surprise, it was NOT. I order a combo salad and it was terrible. My lettuce was wet with water at the bottom of my salad because they didn't let it dry after washing it. The chicken an lamb was stale so, it had to be from the night before. Barely any seasoning on the meat or At least i didn't taste none. I asked for extra feta cheese and didn't get that. Did not ask for cucumbers in the notes but it was still on my salad. The whole thing was just terrible. A waste of $30 because i got it delivered.
