Chicago Style Gyros # 3

I stopped by here today for my lunch break. The staff was super friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. It reminded me of the falafel pita that I ate when visiting Cairo, Egypt many years ago. A+++. I will be back!

The service is always bad at this location, they got multiple parts of my order wrong and charged my card without ever telling me the total or giving me a receipt. The one on Charlotte by the same name is better, but this location is consistently bad.

Do not order from this place on door dash!! They will mess your order up then tell you not to report it to door dash they will honor it if you come in

When we called them to let them know our order was incorrect they told us to come in and that they would make it right and to not report it to door dash!! When we arrived two weeks later to honor their word they completely lied and tried to make us pay for our entire order again!

I’m starting to get irritated at this point. I’ve ordered from them three times within the last four months and every time I order they’re always missing something out of my sandwich. Mind you I have two things in my orders how is that physically possible

Always a great experience with this place! Great service, & love the food! The man working the drive-thru gave me a drink when I didn't have the money for it one time, things like that mean a lot! Thanks for providing the community with great food & service!

This is my 11th year in Tennessee, and these are the best gyros I have found in this state! Service is friendly and welcoming! The food was generous, hot, fresh, and amazingly delicious! The homemade mango tea was out of this world fantastic! A Chicago gyro sandwich, fries, and mango tea was $12.00. I have enough left over for lunch tomorrow. As a Chicago girl, I can really appreciate good food, and a fantastic gyro!! Don’t miss this one! It’s worth a drive!!

Back in 2013-2014, I was a poor college student going to Lincoln Tech just up the street. This place served us an awesome gyro for $6 if you had your school badge which I thought was super generous. I've never forgotten this place and I hope to be back some day soon. I'll be bringing my wife.

No clear signage for people who are picking up an online order and as a result I accidentally bust in front of someone (who told the cashier instead of me directly). Cashier was rude and tried to berate me about it (despite just having seen me walk in and tending to me about my order firsthand). They also claimed they never received my order and had a nasty attitude about it. Terrible customer service. Get some people skills! Will not be returning to this sorry excuse of an establishment!
