I took about 40 middle school students here on our way home from a field trip. The staff, kitchen, managers, and everyone else involved handled it like champs! The experience was great, and the employees were all exemplary! Thanks to everyone who helped us out!

We liked that the play area was better for smaller children. Our 2-year old was able to climb on it, as opposed to the larger Chick-fil-A structures we usually see that are too big for him to climb.

This location is hit or miss, no in between. Tonight I saw my mobile thru order sitting on the cart, yet it kept getting passed by and drive thru orders were just flowing. Car in front of me had their items, car in front of them did not. Missing sauces, cold food! Just annoying

So disappointed with this restaurant, I work for Chickfila myself and believe in serving our guest to the very last minute of the night. This store said they were out of sweet tea 40 minutes before close. I told the girl I worked for Chickfila and that doesn’t make since and she replied with we’re done for the night. Simply disappointing.. the manager of shift was Gavin.
I was VERY disappointed with this chick fa la!They forgot a bag of food and two drinks and gave a bag of sauces and not food. Also there were no napkins and they forgot a sandwich, nuggets and pickles. This made us all very hungry and upset. Also the fries were incredibly soggy and gross.this place is NOT good and is unacceptable we NEED a refund right now!

Incorrect order all around even though reciept with itemized list was on the front of the bag. Ordered a number 1 with Sprite and Cobb salad. Only the Cobb salad was in the bag with the correct sauce. No sandwich, fries, or fork for the salad, in addition they got the incorrect drink.
Tried calling the number and pressed the number to speak with the manager and nothing. I've never left a 1 star rating before and this is the first time. Normally I wouldn't but every time I've been to this location, I've had issues. My biggest issue is that there is no number to for issues or refund process. They simply charge you for orders that you've never received. Once a number is implemented, I'm willing to delete this review.
