The food is not holding to the beand's standard. To achieve fast service they're making too much and then letting it all die under the heat lamps. The only thing that was good was my shake that they had to make fresh. They're fast. That's all I can say.
I was excited about the Chick-fil-A here. I had some points to redeem so that would’ve been a great thing, but you can’t redeem points at this location. Then I ordered and he said I could use my receipt to add the points, great! Somehow I left without getting a receipt and didn’t figure it out till I got to my gate, so I had to go back. Then I got back to my gate and realized my order was wrong all of it except the fries. I was not about to walk all the way back up there. It was a very disappointing experience…and no one said “my pleasure”.

Dear Check Fill Restaurant Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant on the evening of August 31st around 8 PM. I had been waiting in line for quite some time, and when it was finally my turn, the staff member informed me that they would not be able to serve me as I was the last customer. This was incredibly rude, especially considering there was still food available, which I was fully prepared to pay for.
I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope you will address this issue with your staff to ensure that other customers do not have to experience such poor service in the future.

Avoid unless you’re mentally prepared for disappointment. It’s not a normal Chick-fil-a experience. Bread was stale… like, broke off stale (how is that possible?). Fries were lukewarm. This was my first meal back in the US and I’m sad.

The food at this location is just PITIFUL!!! After waiting in line for my order for 20 minutes, then to walk to my gate to only observe that I did not get what I ordered!!! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and the other items on the sandwich, when all I received was chicken and bread ONLY!!! I also ordered a kale salad and discovered that I was given an infant size serving of kale… I couldn’t believe this!!! I waited 20 minutes to get my order to only receive WARM FRIES!!! How can all three items be MESSED UP??? I should have known to check my food when a customer in front of me returned his order after 10 minutes for not having his correct order! I you are BRAVE enough to order food from this location, CHECK your order before you leave… open everything to ensure they got it right! This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever!!! I demand a refund!!!

The food was good as usual but the lady with the blue/purple hair deserves to be punched in the mouth for how rude she was to me and my family. I didn’t know it was possible to be so rude and act so burdened in the 1 minute it took to make my order. Bad for your brand.
