Ordered the grilled chicken club meal with No bread as a lettuce wrap.
Watched the expeditor pack the bag and called my name.
I asked him, that is a lettuce wrap?
He said yes, it should be.
(really, a special request and you didn’t check, thats your job)
Pulled out the box and there is a tag on top that says No Bread.
I open the box and Nope its wrong.
It had bread (which I cant eat gluten) so what a waste. It looked pitiful.
Fries were good.
Thanks for screwing up my order.

I stopped by on my way back to Atlanta everyone working behind the counter was rude. They messed up my order, it happens, but acted like I was bothering them to remake. Zach, the guy calling out order pickups should not be in the service industry. A scowl on his face the whole time. If I wanted this type of experience I would have gone to McDonalds.

Waited in a very long line only to be told once I got to the register that there were no grilled products meaning no grilled chicken no grilled nuggets. That the grill wasn’t working.
Very poor management a courtesy announcement or a courtesy sign would’ve been helpful, especially considering this is an airport and people don’t have time to go wait another 30 minutes in line
This is not your normal Chick-fil-A. Its really expensive and they don't take Chick-fil-A gift cards!! When I asked why, they couldn't tell me. They just said, we don't. Ridiculous.

Didn’t used to ask for a tip. Now they do. YOU DO NOT DESERVE A TIP for turning around and handing me a bag of pre-made food.
Hours are wrong. Says online they are open until 10pm. Apparently they close at 8pm. They also don’t take cash. They also make their food in bulk and let it sit under heat lamps. The staff is also a little rude. I also had an unpleasant experience with them last year. I would recommended going elsewhere to eat at the airport.

If you are expecting your usual Chik Fil a experience at home, don’t. The menu is limited, if you can’t point to it on the board don’t order it. The employees won’t know what you are talking about anyway.
I personally witnessed an employee drop items on the floor, pick them up, and put them in a bag which they handed to a guest that wasn’t paying.
I would rate this one well below the Chik Fil a at ATL, which is the gold standard of bad.
