02/07/2025 9:30pm I walked into the Chick-fil-A during operational hours and the staff in the drive through that I walked past did not inform me that the inside was closed. While inside, there was a man who attended to me but spoke to me with an attitude stating that the inside is closed and he doesn’t know why I’m here. I told him that the staff outside did not inform me. He looked very annoyed when he gave me my request he turned away from me wordlessly without waiting to hear what I was going to say. I had to call the attention of another staff member which was a young woman who was slightly more pleasant than the boy but when I brought it to attention that the entire staff is acting as if I am bothering them, she did not address my concerns, but rather brushed me off and shut the whole interaction down. I am extremely disappointed with my experience as I did not expect to be regarded in such a manner from this company.

I ordered an original sandwich without butter, add mayo.. and I got a completely plain sandwich. The chicken was fire but the bun was meh. The fries got cold within 5 minutes so they were not as fresh as the chicken. The service was excellent however. Absolutely awesome staff here.

Mikaela was such a great help to me this morning! I had a really big catering order that I wanted to go ahead and pay for today. I appreciate Mikaela's patience with me! Customer service was over the top!!! Thank you 100 times over!!!

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. I don't know how they keep such consistent quality, but I've never got a bad chicken sandwich. We sprung for the seasonal peppermint shake and it did not disappoint. Another thing I can't understand, is how they can provide such quick service considering how many people are in the drive-t hru and in the pickup park spots as well as ordering food inside.

This is so disappointing that I have to leave this review, because I’ve always had good service with Chick-fil-A. However, this time around, I got home from ordering my food in the drive thru and we had no dressing that we ordered, which was very frustrating. Then on top of that, while eating the salad, I had a LONG hair literally twined around lettuce. Very disappointed! Do better!
