I come to that location all the time. This time me and my husband ordered breakfast before 10:30 am on the app and headed that way. We get there and they said breakfast ended and that we can place an order for lunch. They already took our money and told us it’s going to hold our money for 24 hours. We were told had we picked “pick up in store” versus “drive thru”, we would have been able to get our order. It’s such an inconvience. The app should not allow you to order breakfast online past a certain time regardless of if someone is picking up in store or drive thru. We would have gladly placed a lunch order to avoid all of that frustration.

The peach milkshakes are my very favorite. My husband was there yesterday and they said they do not have them anymore. It ended the end of July. But your website says it’s still supposed to be available until August 13. Today I was with one of my sons in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and their Chick-fil-A did have peach milkshakes. So what’s going on with ours at Hermitage Tennessee?

This was Christmas in July and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly. The service was unequivocally just amazing. Even on my off days I will drive out of my way to visit this specific Chick-fil-A just because I feel much more welcomed here. Thank you! You guys rock!!! And it will be my pleasure being your guest.
