22 minutes to receive my food. Dine in. Asked cashier why they lost my order. Apparently the cooks put the wrong ticket on the food. The cashier Dawson took the time to explain. But food was typical standard food. Good as usual. But one big flaw is the table card. They use pictures to figure out your order. Keep it simple, use numbers. I've seen order after order, servers running around in circles asking people what they had. Not good. Who wants Cold food. Bottom line, don't get orders wrong. Only if you had numbers on orders it would be more efficient. Apparently workers can't figure out pictures cards. Also my order was dine in, originally they had it in a bag. But put it on a try after I complained. Lastly, I asked to speak to a manager but was told they're too busy [now]. Cashier Dawson felt apologetic & gave me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich or nugget meal. Nice save.
The food at this location is usually fresh HOWEVER this has to be the SLOWEST location I’ve ever been to. If you are in a hurry just keep going. IF you have time to wait 20+ mins then you can’t go wrong. OAN I think the lady that is usually at the drive thru window during the week name is Cheryl. She is really kind every time we stop.

Food was great as always but I want to brag on Mr. Norman! He checked on all of us in the lobby multiple times. Offering refills, sauces, taking our trays and cleaning. He is excellent and deserves to be recognized for his hard work!! Thank you, Norman!

Huge piece of plastic at the bottom of my shake. Looks like it had been cut who knows what was in it or what where it’s been.
PLEASE do not ever work here because the managers are fake and super mean. also i would recommend not even eating here because all the staff does is gossip about the customers behind their backs and say rude things it’s just such a fake business… also their kitchen is the NASTIEST kitchen i’ve ever worked in after working in several food service places. there’s always water and grease all over the floors and no sanitation whatsoever. i know the employees may seem super nice and everything but after working there i legitimately had to quit because of how uncomfortable i felt with how ridiculous the employees were and ESPECIALLY how the managers act. they act like actual children. the owner was nice but i don’t think he pays enough attention to his horrible staff. 0-10

The staff here is super nice and we have had nothing but good experiences when we are able to dine in but the drive-thru is a bit stressful. It's not anything that can be helped, just the way the parking lots are situated around it causes a lot of pinched areas that cause big back ups. Unfortunately the back ups from the drive thru can also make it difficult to get in and park if you just want to go in.But the food and the service are reliably great.Parking: Just be aware that if you go during very busy times it can be hard to navigate the parking lots due to the drive thru back ups.Kid-friendliness: A nice playground and the staff is very friendly to kids. The other day a lady who was cleaning and getting refills for tables randomly brought my daughter and ice cream during our meal because she said she wanted to reward her for being so polite at the table and eating well. Very sweet and made our day.
