Was the chicken overcooked and lukewarm? Yes. Were the fries lukewarm and limp? Also yes. But the Mac and cheese was better than any other chic fil A’s location and the fries were salted perfectly. Fresh flowers on the tables and the tables were clean. We will be back.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the best location. They just constantly forget parts of your order and little things like straws or all the toppings for salads. There’s also not a good way to get a refund for the forgotten items (no one answers the phone and the app doesn’t help), so you’d have to drive back to get either your refund or your food. And while some of the kids that work there are great, overall the training doesn’t seem to be as solid here because you don’t get the same level of polite service you would normally expect from a CFA. Most importantly, it’s not reliable, so I’d suggest choosing another CFA location.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION IN THE WORLD!!! I ORDERED SOUP THAT WAS COLD (At 10:30 Am) AND LOOKED AS THOUGH IT WAS OLD AND FROM DAYS AGO! I LITERALLY DRIVE PAST THIS LOCATION AND DRIVE MILES JUST NOT TO DEAL WITH THE RUDE EMPLOYEES (ESPECIALLY THE GIRL WITH GLASSES AND LONG DARK HAIR) AND THE OLD COLD FOOD. THIS LOCATION IS A DISGRACE! This may have been the nicest Chick-fil-A 's I've ever been to. The staff was really welcoming and they had fresh cut flowers on all the tables.
I went on the inside of this location last night only to order ice cream and cookie. No one never came and asked how I could help you.

Bad misses on orders in the drive-thru and no way to rectify them. Chick-fil-A should be ashamed of this location.
