I order the same thing from this location often because of my dietary restrictions and there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. This is the only restaurant that caters to my needs (gluten intolerance and low sodium) but this particular location is HORRIBLE. The last 4x we have been the orders have been missing items that we have either caught while in the parking lot or have had to go back and get, and the employees looked annoyed at having to fix their mistakes on forgetting the items. The only reason we keep going back is the locations convenience.

They never said my pleasure. They barely said a word. Order was incorrect, my husband noticed immediately because we should of had 5 drinks, and got 4. We didn't check the bag until we got to the hospital and was missing a box of grilled chicken nuggets. We already addressed the missing item in the app. This review is more for everyone else. Retraining is possibly needed at this location, or could be isolated employee. Idk. After reviewing past reviews, this is a chronicly bad location.

Oh my! If I’m providing a negative review on Chick-fil-A, you know it’s bad! This place is not up to the normal CFA standards for sure: First of all, it’s a difficult place to get in and out of, there’s no dining room and a real lack of concern on the part of the employees. I had to wait 20 minutes for the order and then the fries were stale and cold, I got no nuggets on my salad and the lettuce was brown and yellow and had a lot of the core in it which made it impossible to eat. Just a bad, yucky experience and extremely disappointing for a CFA!

Horrible service waited almost an hour to pick up a door dash order and the lady summer wearing a green shirt working the door was super rude and no help at all.
Dudes were literally on their phone instead of serving. Rude service, curbside feels like an inconvenience to be served. Tons of visits, same experience. Nothing like a standard chic fil a most would frequent. Dirty. Pitiful operation

Customer service was rude and I ask to speak with the manager who wasn’t helpful….. I park my car in a empty parking spot and went in the store and place my order, a young lady come and ask who car and I politely and respectfully come outside to move the car to which the young lady made a rude comment and I turn just the time to see her pointing her mouth at me m, ask to speak to the manager who wasn’t much of an help, I could have gone to a McDonald or Wendy’s and so many other places and I choose Chick Fi Lay with that kind of service my appetite was Completely change so I went ahead and cancel the order
