I didn't know it was possible to find a bad Chick-fil-a. Here you have it! Don't expect to get any of your condiments or straws without asking. I often get stale fries and several times I have received meals in small potions that look half eaten.

Worst chickfila ever

I placed a $300 catering order for delivery the day before the delivery date. I received a phone call 15 minutes before the delivery was expected stating the delivery would be late. I was feeding a client’s office and the staff is on a strict schedule. They must take lunch at the assigned time. I was informed the 11:45 delivery now had an “ETA” of 12:15 with no apology. Just very matter-of-fact. Who knows if it would have even been there by 12:15? I told them to cancel delivery and I drove to the restaurant to pick up the food for my client. I had to haul in all the food and drinks without assistance to a 5th floor office, and it was still late. Not as late as if I’d waited for delivery. The lady who helped me at the restaurant did apologize and removed delivery charges, but no other corrective action was taken. I won’t be ordering catering from this location again, and I do order a lot of catering.

I am extremely disappointed with the catering service representatives on the phone. I tried to place a catering order online, but it won't finalize it. Therefore, I had to call this location. I had to repeat my delivery address many times to two different people AND as a result, the second person I talked to mentioned I didn't need to provide unit number of my address since I provided it with my house number. That bothered me since I am trying to be helpful and provide as much information as possible. Then due to the phone statics, she messed up my last name. I told her it doesn't matter, just move on. She insisted to correct it and said "I don't understand why you are being so frustrated" and laughed about it. When a customer is frustrated having to provide the same information again and again and again, shouldn't there be more understanding from the staff?

This chic fil a has you do curbside and they click that they are running your food out, I assume to hit metrics, about 10 minutes before they actually do which makes this the slowest Chic Fil A in the country most likely. Their runners are rude to the point that they don’t even speak, and this time I ordered three meals and they forgot the entire third one. Someone new needs to be put in charge of this chic fil a or it needs to become a catering center exclusively because it is awful.

I mistakenly ordered at another store in the city. I called the Church store immediately to let them know about my mistake. I wasted 15 minutes on hold. When they picked up the receiver, I spent another 2 1/2 minutes listening to employee conversations. I felt incredibly disappointed. This store is next to my daughter’s school, so I eat there twice a week. No more…

Received my food, they spilled my coffee, they went to get me another coffee and 15
minutes had gone by. I went to inquire and the employee told me that she couldn't find my car but I happened to be parked in the same exact space (#1) as I was when she delivered my food to me. I had to request a redo of my order because the food had gotten cold.

Chick Fil A has such high standards outside of Nashville but is such a disaster here. Consistently get orders wrong, ignore carry out people that are waiting, and have horrible service. How can Brentwood area CFAs be so good but the Nashville ones so bad?

Chick-fil-A really disappointed me. Ordered a simple meal. To be delivered to the hospital due to a family member having surgery, we opted to have it delivered. Upon delivery we were missing parts of our meal. Called to tell management at Chick-fil-A, but they put the blame on Door Dash and stated this happens all the time, and there is no way to know whos fault it is. This is a sad and poor excuse. There is a way to eliminate the ploblem, but laziness falls on the Chick-fil-A management to correct the problem. The company used by Chick-fil-A is door dash. If this a normal occurring issue, then why us them as your delivery. not only was the meal missing items, but the specific direction was not followed for the location. If it was Door Dash, then beware of RUTH. Will not be using or eating Chick-fil-A from this location.

Ordered breakfast, this location doesn’t have a drive through and I normally do the curbside pick up but for some reason it was not an option today. I get out of my car and I see a lot of people like standing with there phones so I walked up there. I talk to the employee and said hi I have a mobile order I placed on the app, she went and checked and said it’s almost ready it’ll be out soon, i basically waited for 30 minutes before I left, everytime she saw me she said it will be out soon. As I was leaving I called the store to ask them to cancel my order because I had to leave. The lady on the phone was rude and was like you had to come in the store to pick it up. Mind you I was not aware that there was a different side (i literally only ever do curbside and I saw the open door in the back surrounded by other customers) that with the fact that I talked to an employee and she kept reassuring me that my food would be out soon. If I was told about the other side I would not have waited 30 minutes for food. She basically blamed me saying it’s my fault for not coming around even though I told her that I talked to someone multiple times. She was just basically rude and this was overall just an disappointing experience.
