We received our food via drive-through, but after waiting almost 10 mins on 2 shakes, we were asked to pull up and wait another 8 mins before they were finally brought out to us. They tasted absolutely horrible! Will NEVER order anything other than chicken again.

Have been going for years to this location and the food is generally great, but today, the food was downright horrid. Everything from the fries to the sandwiches were overly oily and did not have the same great taste of always, it had a unpleasant taste that was so bad that everyone was unable to finish their food. Either they have hired someone who doesn’t know how to cook or something is happening to the quality of the food.
Rita really needs to be the face of this Chick-fil-A. Every time I come here she is so bubbly, kind, and friendly. She is absolutely awesome and made my day. I promise I won’t blame her if the spicy southwest salad is too spicy!

I just watched a TikTok of a customer trying to get the staff to drink water from her cup, saying they gave her poison and I just want to say Declan and Gianna were so professional and did a great job handling that situation!
