Drive through has left off multiple items off my orders multiple times. I called to receive a refund on the missing items. Brian the manager told me that was not possible to do over the phone. I called him out on this lie and he tried to play as the victim saying my one word profanity was not tolerated. So instead of fixing the issue they now have a poor review and another lost customer. Terrible service for overpriced food.

I watched an employee who came out of the bathroom and immediately went to make my food, I at no point saw her wash her hands?!?! I know she didn’t because I saw dirt and stuff on them, it was so gross… her name tag said Fallon and she was very snappy with me after I asked if she washed her hands. She also called me stupid under her breath… I will not be going back. I am very upset and I hope something gets done about this!!!
I'm reading through the reviews, and every single time there's a negative review, the manager responds and says, We are disappointed blah blah blah. Why in a million years should we care that THEY are disappointed??? The only thing that should matter is what the customer thinks and feels!!!

I placed a to go order through uber eats..I went in about 30 Minutes after ordering and was told they couldn’t find my order. The young girl at the register told me “I don’t know what to tell you”. I then show her my phone with the order and the order receipt magically appears at her register…Then she sends it back and now Inwait another 25 Minutes for them to put it together.
The cooks in the back do amazing and work very hard…The young girl at the register could care less.

Fair warning: check your receipt when you buy food from here. The food is fine but ridiculously overpriced. $8 for a single scoop with nothing else? However this is not the point of my review (although ridiculous price) I am mainly giving the 1 star review because the girl checking me out in the drive through added her own tip to my order without asking me or anything. She took my card and gave the receipt back and it was over a dollar more than the total she had told me originally. I’m pretty sure this is called stealing and the only reason it was fixed it because I pointed it out.

My doctor in Nashville recommended it to us for lunch. The food was delicious and I brought home a bowl for my husband. It too was delicious. We ate it the next day. Be sure to check out their potatoe soup.We will have to check out the new one on Murray KY. Can't wait!
