I bought a large chicken salad bowl sitting out in the cooler, it was completely stale. As I told the staff and requested another one, they didn’t immediately replace and after waiting 20 min I went up to them again and realised they forgot to order me another one. Bad experience with food and staff!

I always get the Kicken Kay Lynn! The spicy pimento cheese is one of my favorites too! I like eating both with just the crackers. The staff is always friendly and helpful! The prices are very competitive as well!
I ordered Chicken Florentine soup 30 minutes prior to my arrival. When I got there, the boy at the front said, “Oh I tried to call—we don’t carry it.” Why was it on the site? Why was my sandwich just sitting, open, in the window? None of the replacements were appetizing. It was an unorganized mess of a restaurant.

I bought the bar b que chicken salad and the buffalo chicken salad. Both of which I have bought numerous times before. The bar b que chicken salad was great but the buffalo chicken salad was so hot I could not eat it. I expect it to be spicy but this was way over board. Hated to loose my $7 but it had to be dumped ?.

Love their food - always so fresh and delicious. It's nice to have this option instead of nothing but unhealthy and never fresh and delicious fast food places in Hermitage. And the iced cookies are a great treat and incredibly tasty!Parking: Easy to find parking spot near front door. There is nothing that isn't great about Chicken Salad Chick!!!

This place has the best flavored food around. The soup is delicious too!
The chicken salads are wonderful. One problem each time I get my order while is an average of twice a week. The salads have gristle in the salad. A big turn-off. Outside of that, it is very good. The stores are always clean. The workers are also very nice.
