We stopped for a spot of quick lunch. Service was fast and courteous. We ordered salmon rolls, steak hibachi and orange chicken. It was pretty good. Steak was a bit overdone, I wanted it medium rare. Overall pretty good fare. Service was good.

Nothing wrong and everything right with our visit. Our waitress both seated and waited on us promptly. Everything was orderly and clean with thoughtful decor and in our seating area. The ambiance was nice with background music and quiet large screen television. We had soups, salad, hibachi, and a Chinese dish. We requested a steamed version of the Chinese dish with sauce on the side. The food presentation, taste, and portions were all very good as was price. Professional and friendly staff checked on us throughout our visit. Will definitely return and plan to try their extensive sushi menu next time.

This was my first time here for me and my family coming from California, and was just looking around for Asian food nearby. The service was good, the staff were very nice and friendly. The food here is good and I'm glad we found this place to eat for lunch. If we come back to Tennessee, would gladly go back to this place.

If you want crappy service go ahead and go to this establishment but if you want good service, do not even go through the front door. The lady at the counter was rude. We placed a to go order on the kiosk and it only took half the payment and she said oh you don’t have enough money. First off you don’t assume how much people have. Secondly I called to ask if a manager was there and she said no so I asked when a manager will be there and she hung up on me. I called back and told her I didn’t appreciate being hung up on and asked when a manager would be there she said oh I don’t know when a manager will be here you just have to call back. So yeah…don’t go here.

I am unsure if I came on the wrong day. This was my first time yesterday on a Friday evening. I am from CA both Los Angeles and San Jose. I LOVE pork Katsu and Hibachi. I ordered the pork katsu bento, Dover roll, egg rolls, side hibachi steak, and fried tofu. Beautiful and professional spot indeed. The pork cutlet tasted extremely old and was thin. Too much flour it seems to panko ratio. The tempura shrimp/veggies that come with the bento box were really soggy. Now, of course this is possible because this was a to go order, but in biting down into, I could squeeze out the frying oil. The presentation of the food was truly a ten out of ten, but the flavor all together was a 2 out of ten, because I wanted my main dishes to taste as good as my medium well hibachi steak which was very tender. Still, you can get a steak anywhere in TN, but what I wanted was a thick tender but lightly crispy Katsu pork. The fried rice was bland and tasted warmed up in the microwave. The sea food in the roll wasn't fresh. I may come back and order things on the hibachi side of the menu.

I will start by saying the service was great. Our server greeted us right away and was attentive through the entire experience. Now I hate to say this about a non chain restaurant but the food was not good. Things tasted frozen, even the vegetables. The fried items tasted like the batter or the food wasn’t seasoned, and their takoyaki was doughy with every other ball having such a small octopus piece and some having none and it also tasted frozen. Their menu was massive and I’m not in the restaurant business but my advice is smaller menu and focus on higher quality for the offered food items.

Love this place. Very accommodating of my veganism. Their online ordering makes it very easy to customize which is greatly appreciated

I went here many years ago and decided to stop in while I was in the area. The food was still as good as I remembered. Everyone made sure I had what I needed.

We had visited your restaurant last Friday evening, a party of four, to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. We were turned away because of the change in the $32.99 all you can eat menu, which was not advertised- switching from every day to just weekdays.

We returned Monday, to celebrate my husband‘s birthday around 5:40 PM. We did not receive our meals until after 7:50 PM. We waited almost 2 hours. The waitress was very stressed out at the sushi chef and kept checking on our order multiple times. We had our small infant with us and had to keep passing him around to keep him entertained while we waited for our food. Every other patron of the restaurant that entered after us, received their food, ate, paid, and left before we even received our meals. It was absolutely horrible customer service. We tried to cancel our order and leave so we could go eat fast food we were so hungry and irritated from waiting. We were so hungry, but the sushi chef stated that he had already begun our meal at that time we asked to cancel so we could leave and it will be ready in five minutes. It still was not ready in five minutes, and he again took two orders from different patrons ahead of us.
It was a terrible experience, a disappointing birthday dinner, and honestly makes us feel we should not return and let others know of the horrible service we received.

My husband and I visited this place, and from the moment we walked in we were completely ignored. As we were about to sit down, a staff member shot us a nasty look and shouted, ‘What are you doing!?’ It was so rude and unwelcoming that we immediately decided to leave. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Mexican restaurant next door instead!

One of three really good sushi places around hermitage. The rolls have generous sized ingredients that aren't just rice. The miso and hot/sour soup are really good. Strongly spiced. Not watery.

Vegetarian options: Everything is fresh
