Had a 12 year olds birthday dinner...4 adults and 6 children. Several items were sent back for lack of flavor, possible spoiled food (weird taste), and one of the kids strawberry lemonade had a piece of metal in it...a very visible piece of metal and was still served to a child. Service was acceptable but we could tell she didn't want to serve our party. Restaurant observation: women's bathroom needs to be pressure washed. The buildup up around stall doors was gross. We were seated in an area that required overhead lighting but quite a few bulbs were out making it very dim/almost dark. Not likely to return to this location. Rivergate had better tasting burgersđđ˝ ....AND ya gotta pay to park đđ˝

I really do like Chilis food and still do BUT this particular location was very unorganized and apparently not clean. Due to traveling I had to use the bathroom and when I was waiting to use it I seen a roach crawling on the bathroom floor and others in the bathroom seen it as well. My husband and I got the triple appetizer and they brought it out 3 different times Becuz it was wrong every time. My husband got a smash burger and fries and never received it until the waitress noticed he didnât have it becuz she was extremely overwhelmed due to having to waitress lots of tables because they were short handed. She talked to manager and manager gave us a discount on the meal to âmake it rightâ. It was very chaotic and definitely not organized. Needless to say I will NOT be back to that particular location.

Our waitress was nice and very attentive with everything, but we both got food poisoning last night from eating here. We shared their appetizer combo (egg rolls, sliders and mozzarella). The sliders were a little undercooked but we ate one a piece and afterwards, we both were not feeling well and have been up sick all night.

Let me talk to ya. I have never been to this chilis but I can tell you I will never go to another one in Nashville. I was at Spooky Ghoul fest, an outdoor market, and a couple was dressed up as a mozzarella stick cheese pull. They were going around reminding everyone to support their West End Chilis. Good gag of a costume. But then tonight Iâm at Friday at the Frist and the small exhibit that shows the neighborhoods of Nashville and asks the viewer to write notes to clip to the wall. Guess whatâs there? West end chilis

WORST CHILIS I HAVE BEEN TO. my order was made wrong 3 times and on the 4th time the rice was burnt. I work in food so i wasnât mad until the rice was burnt. I love chilis and go there or order it a lot so was very disappointed with this experience. Im glad some compensation was made but will never come back to this location.
