We went in with a huge group (8 teenagers, 15 adults) at about 5:30pm on a Saturday, they were able to make room for us all. With adults at one table and teens at another. Our server Kye was incredible! She handled our huge group so well. Drinks came out quickly as did appetizers and food, and everything was delicious. She had no problem splitting the checks for us. She even offered to take a picture of our group afterwards. All of that and we were done within two hours. Some of the best service I've received at any restaurant.

My husband and I drove over an hour for chilis. We havent had great experiences with restaurants on our date nights but I must say this date night dinner was a success. The food was absolutely amazing. I got the 6oz sirloin and it was perfect. The broccoli was amazing it was seasoned and cooked perfect the potatoes were awesome. My husband got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and it too was amazing. For Desert we got the lava cake and it was just as amazing as the rest of the food but I will have to say the best part was our server Brandi she was very attentive checked on us at every turn. I highly recommend asking for her when you go to this chilis. 10/10. Thank you for helping to make our date night a success.

The host did not acknowledge my presence, even though I was standing prior directly in front of her as she assisted other guests. Overall, a host's greeting experience lacked warmth and authenticity, creating an unwelcoming environment with a poor interaction and little courtesy.
