Terrible service. We've done curbside service twice. The first time no one came because they said there was a miscommunication between whose responsibility it was to bring the food out. The second time we got there at the estimated time given, waited for 10 minutes, saw two people get their food in that time, and then we called. They said they don't do curbside service after 9:00 PM. They had nothing to say when we mentioned the two other customers who had their orders brought to their car. This was not mentioned anywhere when I placed my order. This is a new store, and they clearly need new management. We've always been happy with other Chili's locations in the past.Went back recently. Not any better. We had to ask if we even had a server after nearly 20 minutes of sitting at our table with no contact.

Finely crafted cocktails and great food! This location is one to set aside from the others ! My bartender Eric was a great host and mixologist ! ( get the eric special ) I went during lunchtime when it was a bit busy so there was a slight wait for food which was expected . I will regularly stop in to this location !

This is the best Chili’s I have been in. Stopped in on our way to Jacksonville, NC and on our way back to OK. I have to give them 5 stars bc of their professionalism and friendliness.
Waiting on service. Just walked out. I will eat at another location. Employees just walked by us and ignored us.

Waited about an hour to get our food for it to be wrong, sent it back and waited another good minute and the chicken was over cooked, mac and cheese was underdone and soupy, and fries were cold. Waitress barely came to check on us then once we asked for the manager, he came in with saying that there was a new cook that he was training and that’s why the food was bad, (why would the food come out bad if the manager himself was training him?) he did zero out our total and then proceeded to tell us to “get out.” Like it was our fault the service & food was horrible
