This place has been my go-to chinese fast food since college and the quality has gone down so much I don’t think I can come here anymore. Today I ordered dumplings and a small fried rice and the price was almost $20 for possibly the worst fried rice I have ever had. Sad to see this one go!

LET ME START THIS OFF RIGHT. THE ATMOSPHERE IS BASICALLY not much to say. It's like a spot order to go. They have it like that so you don't complain about the horrible food. I love American Chinese food. And I can't find a amazing hand full yet in Nashville Tn. I believe it's all owned by the same family's. They have no compilation basically. I'm a chef and I can cook all Nationalities types of Cuisines. Nashville Chinese is a ripoff. Don't go to any of them. I Rather go to PF chang's. You get scammed every time Fried rice is a joke at all locations in Nashville tn the fried rice. Rice is scam I'm so sick of being over charged for crappy Rice that they only boil and die it yellow withfood dies. To all Chinese restaurants in Nashville Tn. STOP BEING LAZY AN Start to make CONSISTENT PLATES OF FOOD THIS HAVE BEEN GOING ON WAY TO LONG. PLEASE COMPETE AGAINST EACH OTHER WITH PRIDE AND FLAVOR ORIGINALITY. And PLEASE PUT SOME TASTE IN YOUR FOOD HAVE AT LEAST SOME AUTHENTICITY ABOUT YOUR RESTAURANTS. Why should we even pay $15+ USD for a tiny Tasteless no flavor not even fried Fried Rice. When I can buy a whole 20 pounds bag of rice for $35 at the international food market. Why are you literally ripping off Nashville Tn for so long. The sugar donuts were just okay. The crab Rangoon's had no crab in it but did have a hard piece of plastic in one of them that my husband ate. You need new fortune cookies cause these are stale as crap. We didn’t realize when we placed our order you was closing and apologize about that but being in this industry you need to serve every customer the same. Oh and no utensils or napkins in our Togo order. Which our order was door dashed because we aren’t from this area. The photo below is to reference the plastic my husband found in his crab Rangoon

I unfortunately was fooled by a 4.8 rating on GrubHub and ordered from here. Now that I see the Google rating it makes much more sense at a 3.4. General chicken was way overcooked, chewy and mostly inedible. Was the fried rice from a bag? It had an odd texture as well as an off-putting flavor. I threw about 7/8 of the rice and chicken in the trash. Teriyaki chicken on a stick did not taste like teriyaki but rather strong cinnamon for some reason. But at least it wasn't overcooked and my son got to eat something. The portions were very generous but that doesn't really matter when the quality is poor.
