Worst attitudes of employees I’ve seen in a while. The young girl at the register was new and even she was afraid to ask the other employees for help. There were no clean tables or napkins and the drink area was a disaster. I would recommend choosing a different location.

This is how it's done. The staff was having fun, enjoying themselves, and it showed. The food was thoughtfully cooked and put together, the place was clean and stocked, and they were friendly. Other places could learn a lot. If you create a great culture you almost always create a great product

My experience at this Chipotle was really disappointing. The cashier seemed irritated from the moment I walked up, and she was openly cussing and acting frustrated while taking orders. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and came across as unprofessional.

What made the situation even more noticeable is that the other staff members — including the lady on the line and the manager helping with the food — were extremely kind, patient, and respectful. They were doing their best to keep things moving smoothly, and their attitude was the only positive part of the visit.

I hope management addresses the behavior at the register, because the rest of the team clearly cares about providing good service.

I visited during the EMERGENCY weather alert during the ice storm. It was a miracle it was even open (and had to close early - understandably as employees had to get home in horrible weather conditions.) I wish I had gotten the woman's name - she was beautiful and Latina (she was working the shift on Monday the 26th) and her kindness was a joy to behold. She made everyone felt more than welcome as most of us had lost power.
The food is a staple but honestly, it is the service of kind people during trying times that make this my go-to. I'll be back! (I live out of town.) Thank you to the staff that makes a difference.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I was forced to wait an unreasonably long time, and the staff showed absolutely no respect or professionalism. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable.
The employees clearly do not care about customers at all. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to fix the situation. If you value your time and expect basic human respect, avoid this place. I will never return and strongly advise others to stay away.

Its my first time here. Before I stopped by, I saw all the bad reviews, I said let's try, maybe we find something else. But its really bad and those bad reviews are real. No customer service, they are almost out of everything, they just give you anything. You feel you they giving you food for free!
To be specific, most of not all Chipotle locations in Nashville snd around Nashville got bad rantings, weird!!

I used the app and our food was ready when we got there. Also the app has a couple digital only deals so I'd recommend ordering that way. We both got the high protein double chicken bowls.

Horrible service. I told them I am coming to the Chipotle for the first time and none of them told me what was charged extra or what the ingredients were. The cashier also was closing my bowl without asking me for lettuce and was clearly frustrated when I asked her to add lettuce. They treated me like I was an annoying bum.

Next, I asked if the Red Chimchuri is chargeable and was told it wasn't, then when I go to pay I get charged $1 for queso (which again I wasn't told is charged extra) and $1.1 for the chimchuri. I go to return the chimchuri dip since I thought that was not chargeable and the cashier tells me they told me earlier it was chargeable which they did not. Then I'm laughed at and looked at like I'm holding up the line when I want to return something I thought wasn't chargeable. Another person besides me pays $1 to them to return to me as if I'm a beggar and then they give me the $1. Humiliating experience, I'll avoid coming here.
