Absolutely gross dinning area. Trash over flowing, trash in the floor, nearly ever table left with food remnants. Staff was very busy talking and joking behind the counter.

I love chipotle. I noticed, though every time I come to this location, I get the kids meal, and Margaret (the Manager) Always have an attitude about me getting the kids meal. I’m confused like is it coming out of her paycheck because I choose the kids meal? I used to get the bowl, but it’s too much for me.

I don’t end up ordering due to the girl that was in the kitchen. She was using her phone while making rice and then while cutting steak also was using her phone and switching between the phone.

Taste was fine and portions were lacking. I wouldn't suggest eating at this location. Every once in a while they get someone who doesn't care about the company and the portions are worth the money.

When I place an online order for pickup & it says it'll be ready at 1830, I expect it to be ready then. Not 20 minutes later. Now you've made me late for work & it'll be a long ass time before you get my service ever again. The only reason I gave this any amount of stars is the food is the same yummy food. Service was absolutely atrocious though. People came in after me & picked up their online orders that were made before my order was even touched. Do better.

Stood in line for 15 minutes with 5 other people in front of me without one person acknowledging that we were standing there. The one person making food was in the back making to go orders. Overpriced food and crappy service. Never coming back.

The girl making my bowl poured salt on my plate without me looking and she had an attitude…. I probably ate two spoons full of salt.
Every time I come to this property there is an issue. They didn't have my order out when I arrived and waited another 15 minutes for my order even though I placed it online an hour in advance. The staff couldn't understand what I was saying (they have a language barrier) and my order wasn't even on the shelf when i arrived. I asked to speak with a manager, and they ignored my request multiple times. I tried not to make a scene with my emotions since I was over the time for my lunch break (WAITING FOR THEM) and they wouldn't have cared anyway. Chipotle will never see my $$ ever again. This property needs new management or something because they make me hate the company as a whole.

I wish I could give this negative zero stars. First of all the lady behind the counter must have seen her cat get hit my a car this morning because she couldn’t even fake a smile and welcome me in. Second of all they were out of every meat besides chicken, no veggies, no beans. Why even have the restaurant open? Maybe order more supplies. Also, this isn’t the first chipotle in the area that this has happened. Someone please come in and revamp chipotle and give the frontline workers some training and etiquette classes.
