I had a weird experience at this location! The guy who makes the chicken did not have it ready and there was a huge line in the store and customers including myself had to wait 20 minutes before they could cook and cut the chicken to fill the bowl.
The guys who work here are super slow and take forever to make your order, if you’re dining or take away.
I also found a small stone that in my order from yesterday which i thankfully did not gulp cus am pretty sure it would have given me nightmare and sent me to the hospital fr.

Work lunch on a Thursday afternoon. The staff was great, very friendly and polite. The man at the register with medium-length locks had a very kind energy about him. Me and my crew enjoyed our meals which were tasty. My coworker’s burrito was nice and large, like an OG Chipotle portion.

This location is awful. They regularly run out of food. I’ve left empty handed after several attempts. They run out of key ingredients like guacamole, rice, & chicken — so I have given up on this location.

I was looking forward to my Barbacoa rice bowl. Unfortunately the white rice served at 1pm on 9.19 was UNDERCOOKED! It was gritty and it felt like eating raw grain!! Please have somebody taste the doneness of food before it's served.
When we first walked in we were greeted with mad faces, restaurant was not the cleanest. We thought maybe it hey just had a rush of people. When we walked to the counter the serve rolled her eyes. That was enough for us. We walked out. Also the food on the line looked like it had been sitting. There was a ring around the beans and the meat looked burnt and dry. I couldn’t eat here and would not return. Please do better.
