The Rice in the Buritto is hard , which means undercooked or it dried up . Trust me Im Asian , i eat Rice everyday .Staff were nice .Music is so Loud for DINE iN it sounds like a Club . i thought Meh, sum1's being a Teenager . Came back another time same thing . Seems policy you play music so Loud guests wont want to eat there ?Dont Recommend .Wont Return .

Came to this location because it is convenient to me and they usually have okay service. Tonight was the night I’ve decided I will not be returning as a customer. I felt very unwelcome and rushed towards the end of making my order. The second lady fixing my bowl was not considerate of me telling her to add light green sauce and a little more sour cream, she did whatever sized portion she wanted. To top it off the guy training the new employee on the register was very rude to me. Not only did he make it uncomfortable for me rushing the new employee to type in orders before previous customers could even swipe their card to pay for their meal, I bet it made the new employee uncomfortable as well because I could tell she felt rushed. I redeemed points for a free fountain drink. I scanned the code before I paid for my meal & I also alerted the cashier that I had a code. I pay for my meal and they hand me my food but not my drink cup. I let the guy training the new employee know & he stares at me then proceeds to check my receipt that they kept and never gave to me and very rudely tells me that it didn’t ring up and that I didn’t notify anyone of a code (which I did) so they’re not obligated to give me a cup. Before I could say anything else he brushes me off & starts checking out the next customer. After that they rung me up again to use my code but refused to give me the correct size cup my code qualified for. He tried to tell me that was the regular size as if it was my first time at Chipotle. If I wanted a FREE water cup I would’ve asked for that instead wasting my points. The guy was lightskin, about 6ft, and wears glasses. Nevertheless, I won’t be returning to this location. New staff and trainers needed asap.

Awful staff, I felt disrespected. They would not look me in the eye, I ordered a drink and was given some type of salsa from the fridge. They wrapped my tacos in one piece of aluminum foil making them stick together. Won’t be eating here again.

It's one of my favorite restaurants in one of my favorite locations! I highly recommend it!
Went on a Sunday at 1 pm. They were out of lettuce, Guacamole and fajita veggies. They ran out of white rice and black beans while we were in line. The worker waited till she had scraped the last bit of white rice for the person in front of me to ask the back if they had any more rice. The person in back said they did, but would have to make it. Why did she not let them know in advance that she was running low? Same thing with the black beans, they ran out, and she asked the back if they had any. The guy in the back had to think and then found some. The chips were stale. The bathrooms smelled like a sewer, i gagged.My friend told me they were out of lettuce Saturday as well. How is that possible?!

So awful. Beyond bad. Smells like urine in the line. Horrible bathrooms. Disgusting trash cans. Pure slop in a bowl. I shudder just to think about it and come to think about it, this location has been bad every time over the last 2 to 3 years (at least).
