Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is a joke. The workers couldn’t care less
. $2 for less than half a bag of chips. Almost comical how awful it was.

I went in 1 hour before close. There was no product. I was told “we’re out” on 4 different items! I understand being out of something that close to close, but 4 was crazy. Especially when there were 5 team members in the kitchen not doing much of anything. A menu is a commitment to the guest and I was let down by this location that night.

The man and women making my food were absolutely so rude! He did not respect my food allergies and got angry when he messed up my bowl and put meat on it(I don’t eat meat) then the women I asked for extra cheese and she put the smallest amount ever. I love chipotle never had any issues..nor have I ever been disrespected like that. Will never be coming back to this location

Out of all the chipotle’s that I’ve been to this one is the lowest quality, terrible service, rude workers, and always out of stuff when I visit

Went on for a regular chicken bowl and had to pretty much beg the worker to add more food into the bowl. This location is constantly being rude and shorten the food amount they give. I complained and so did two more gentleman. Don’t even bother going to this location unless you want them to try to scam you into paying extra for double chicken after they give you scraps. They need to hire better quality workers and not ones with attitudes or act like they’re being held hostage by corporate.

I have to say that Kailer guy is quite the charismatic individual. I ordered 300 burritos and he made them all in 10 seconds with one hand. This chipotle is pretty excellent.

I came in to get a steak bowl and was met by a rude server. She was so rude and dismissive that i just turned around and left after she had prepared most of my bowl. I refused to be treated rudely

I decided to delete my previous review and add a new review. I have seen major major improvements in this chipotle everything from the food to the customer service is so much better. I’m happy to see these changes and I will be coming here more often. The chipotle meal I just had from here is the best chipotle I’ve had in a very long time and I eat Chipotle regularly.

The workers were all pretty unpleasant to deal with. Acted like we were causing an huge inconvenience by simply ordering food.

Do NOT order online. ever. especially from this location. im convinced the person making my chicken bowl had to have been laughing when they made it. it was essentially a bowl of rice and like 2 huge scoops of sour cream. just threw it away.

Food was pretty good. The atmosphere is waaayyy tooooo noisy. I felt like I was in line at the school lunchroom, though. It just wasn't what I was expecting 😕.
