Chipotle Mexican Grill

i had tried ordering on the app for 20 minutes and it wouldn’t work. there was a code for free queso, and it did NOT say online only. i showed the worker and explained i tried ordering through the app and it wouldn’t work and he very rudely told said, “well you should’ve done doordash or something.” well sir i have the CHIPOTLE APP. i know technology difficulties aren’t there problem, and i understand not getting the queso.. it’s fine it was just super rude for no reason.

Julianna and Austin provided excellent service during the busiest time of the day!

My partner has extreme allergies and the only place he can eat at is Chipotle. He visited this location and asked them to use new utensils and prepare his food without cross contamination, which is required by the ADA. The employee cross contaminated his food and when my boyfriend mentioned it, he rolled his eyes and sarcastically asked if my boyfriend would like a new bowl, which would be impossible since the pico he wanted was now cross contaminated. My boyfriend came home very upset because now he had to skip a meal. I called the manager thinking that he would be able to remedy this situation. It turns out THE MANAGER WAS THE ONE THAT ROLLED HIS EYES! He referred to my boyfriend as “just another rude customer” and tried to justify his actions. I am not usually one to do this but I was so shocked by his lack of accountability that I contacted corporate. It’s ridiculous that a manager of a restaurant would not care to accommodate a disabled individual. If you have food allergies do not go here!

Edit: I contacted corporate and they refused to provide us with a $5 gift card. Please avoid all Chipotle locations if you have food allergies, but especially this one. Chipotle doesn’t care that their employees violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. Wouldn’t be surprised if the folks here poisoned your food with allergens out of spite.

The food at this location is usually done well. It's tasty and the portions are finally regulated. The service is up and down but not awful. It's not the most inviting spot to dine in, but we have on occasion.

Not all Chipotles are created equal. This location is clean, accessible, the food is fresh, and the employees are professional. My wife and I drive out of our way to go to this location vs the one by our house.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a go-to spot for consistently delicious food. I’ve visited several locations, and the quality is almost always reliable. My personal favorite is the steak salad bowl—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

My kids love the “build your own” kids’ tacos, and honestly, so do I! On days when I don’t feel like eating an entire bowl, the kids’ taco option is the perfect size. It’s nice to have a choice that feels just right for a lighter meal.

However, at this particular location, the cleanliness doesn’t seem to be up to the same standard as some of the other well-kept Chipotle restaurants I’ve been to. It might be a difference in management, but a bit more attention to tidiness would make the experience much better.

Overall, the food is great as always, but I hope to see some improvements in how this restaurant is maintained.

the food is good. otherwise i would never go to this place. customer service is horrible all the time. the employees give you attitude and act like they don’t want to be there. not a welcoming environment at all and i hate ordering in person.

I don't normally give bad reviews, but this warrants one. We are visiting from out of state. Our kids have food allergies and Chipotle is one of the few safe options for them. We always arrive for opening time 10:45 am. The moment they saw us waiting they were staring us down through the door and opened the door 5 minutes late bc they were clearly annoyed We were there. Upon placing our order, one employee decides to scream at my husband like a child when he was simply telling her what was safe for my child to eat. I wish I'd have read other reviews before choosing to come here, bc it's more than clear someone needs to clean house here. Your employees are rude and need to be checked. Extremely poor customer service.

Set my pickup for 12:00pm.
Ordered a bowl.
Food was cold, I did not like it at all. Tomatoes were acid. So it changed the whole flavor of the meal. Made me burp all day. Gladly I didn’t eat it all. Will not order from here again.
